This was the first time I have purchased a vehicle for myself, I truly feel the dealership made it an easy and hassle free process. We test drove a Kia Telluride back in August and the person helping at the time - who I do not know the name of - was aware we were just looking and getting a feel for it and did not pressure us towards buying, he was honest and answered every question we had. Three months later when we decided to make the purchase Jim Mullins helped us every step of the way, we purchased from out of state and I was extremely impressed with their website and how easy it was to proceed with purchasing the vehicle. It was truly a great experience!

While the sales rep was good, when we actually purchased
While the sales rep was good, when we actually purchased the car it really needed to be cleaned and the poor sales guy had to clean it because the team that is supposed to clean it couldn't be bothered apparently to even dust! Also, it took FOREVER for the finance team to be ready for us.

Arapahoe Kia had the biggest selection of Carnivals in
Arapahoe Kia had the biggest selection of Carnivals in the Denver area. The first time we went in it was a wait of 15-20 mins to get someone to help us. Once we hooked up with Jaheim our sales experience improved greatly. I was a bit disappointed Arapahoe Kia didn't offer us at least the first Oil change at no charge. Other dealers do offer maintenance incentives. We will probably start our maintenance at a local shop vs Arapahoe Kia.
