Had an appointment at 1:30 pm for an oil change.

Had an appointment at 1:30 pm for an oil change. The car was not pulled back to do the oil change until 2:15 pm. The oil change was over $100. I waited and the car was not complete until 3:30 pm. Not sure I will return to dealership in the future for an oil change.

We bought a 2024 Kia EV9 three weeks ago, working with Evan. The search started out with phone conversations, asking about their Costco deal, then setting up time for a test drive....leading to a lease of a fantastic car! Evan was terrific to work with, keeping us updated along the way during the almost full day process....even offered us a sandwich (they had ordered in for employees) since we were there through lunch. We received our trade in value quickly and they had the color we wanted. My husband was not there and had questions so Evan took time to speak with him over the phone. Also, I got to take the car home, collected my husband's signatures and returned to drop off the paperwork. They made it work for us so we could take the car home the same day. Chelsea in Finance was also good to work with, outlining all the lease specifics clearly. We would definitely buy from Arapahoe Kia and Evan again!

Evan/Jaheim both were excellent with their customer service. Both were very responsive and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Loved the checklist going over how to operate the car after purchasing so I felt more comfortable in everything the car can provide.
