Complete experience

Just purchased a 2013 GLK for my wife. The salesman (Wes)searched, located and delivered the perfect vehicle for her in 5 days. My 2010 ML350 comes off lease in 6 weeks. I took over the lease in 2011(out of state) and have been very pleased with the service dept. at MB of Hagerstown. Now that we have experienced, first hand, working with the sales staff, I now know why 3 friends have been recommending MB of Hagerstown to me for a number of years. Owning/driving a Mercedes is special. However, the feeling is truly complete only when the dealership experience makes "you" feel equally special.

Easy!

This is the best service appointment we have ever had! Kristin made it so easy as she sent someone to pick up the car from my husband's work, then dropped the car off at our health club! I had asked for her to add the trunk tray and they mistakenly did not. When I called and asked about it, Kristin said she would bring it to our house, which she did!! Thanks a lot, Kristin !

Purchase a new 2013 350E Mercedes

This is our second new mercedes and the salesmen are excellent. We couldn't decide the interior color so Mr. Taylor called every time a new one came in so we could take a look. No pressure was put on use and that sold me.

He was responsive, yet non-pressure, and genuinely caring. Barry spent the time to teach me all the features of the vehicle, answering every question. No pressure and no hassles, just an amazingly all around...

No pressure and no hassles, just an amazingly all around great vehicle buying experience. Barry and Rob went above and beyond what I expected of them to find the vehicle I wanted with the options I was looking for, right down to the interior and exterior colors.
