Mike was very professional and knowledgable. He highlighted the advantages of the automobiles we were considering and assisted us in cimparing them. He was considerate and gave us private time to discuss. Paper work was complete and detailed. Process was quick and efficient. We were pleased with the product, the salesperson and the finance officer. We hope to have a continued relationship with this dealership.

I knew exactly what I was looking for beforehand. I did my preliminary research over the internet, found thier add for the used car on Craig's List, and worked with the sales staff virtually until I was comfortable with the car and the price; everyone at the dealership was responsive, professional and courteous throughout the process.

Overall the service was great. Had everything ready and made the purchase easy. Mike was very helpful and removed stickers and other items from trade in that he was allowed to and placed new items on the new car as requested. He was friendly and accommadating.

Mike was great to work with, he made the process very easy and enjoyable. He realy made the extra effort to show me the features of the car before the test drive and that was greatly appreciated. I would certainly recommend Mike and the dealership to others in the future.

Barry London and the other dealership employees that we had contact with made the new car buying process as pleasant, comfortable, and simple as possible. Mr. London provided all of the information that we wanted and we never felt pressured in any way.

From the very beginning of our car-buying experience...

From the very beginning of our car-buying experience (on-line browsing) this dealership, and Barry London in particular, were tremendously helpful. Barry reached me by phone within 10 minutes of my requesting a quote through Edmunds.com. He was hassle-free and pressure-free, fully up-front about options, prices, etc. He asked to know when we'd be in the dealership so he could pull several cars into the shade (it was over 100 degrees the day we started our search). By the time we arrived, Barry had done his homework enough to recognize which buyer category we fell into (pretty much ready to buy if shown the right car). He familiarized us with most of our vehicle's features (all would take a week), and got us on the road on an outstanding and thoughtfully-chosen route that showed off the car's stellar capabilities. Back in the showroom Barry was clearly anxious to be sure he'd answered all of our questions, and we made the deal on the spot. 2 days later, at pickup, he was similarly cordial and helpful, and directed us to Austin, who managed the financial packaging, again with grace, sensitivity, and complete lack of pressure. Both of these folks left us feeling thoroughly well-informed and at ease. The brief contacts I've had with others at the dealership have provided similar experiences. I'm looking forward to maintaining a long-term relationship with these folks!

Best car buying experience ever, hats off to the entire...

Best car buying experience ever, hats off to the entire staff and especially to our salesman, Barry London. Barry you are the best! Carl has talked about buying a "red" Corvette since he was in Vietnam 40 years ago, thanks for making the whole buying experience worth the wait. We will definitely tell our friends about our experience at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown. The customer service was worth the 7 hour road trip from Indian Trail, NC. We wish we could have rated you higher than a 5 because you definitely earned it! Carl & Linda Waring

The dealership had an extensive inventory of the model in which I was interested. The salesman, Wes, was very helpful. His knowledge of the product was outstanding; he was very patient in explaining the features of the vehicle. The business manager was very efficient, and handled the financing aspects of the transaction in less than twenty minutes. My experience at this dealership was among the best, if not the best, of any automobile purchase I have made over a period of many decades.

My first purchase with Mercedes! Outstanding customer service and quality products. Wes was TERRIFIC. He was professional yet friendly, totally courteous and easy to talk with. Follow up was great and home delivery can't be beat! highly recommend. I visited twice to try and decide. Wes was patient, informative, he did not try to swing my interest, he listened and was very helpful and fun to work with. The dealership was clean cut, professional, the finance department, Austin, was very pleasant and secured an outstanding rate for me even able to beat my bank. Mercedes arranged home delivery, signed papers in my dining room and they handled everything. Best experience you could want. I purchased an SLK 350 and it speaks for itself. Excellent value purchase- completely stylish and fun car-exceptional choice products on the lot!!
