Service advisor was very friendly and accomodating for...

Service advisor was very friendly and accomodating for getting car serviced and loaner car provided. She also kept me up to date on additional services that were needed. Dealership maintained my loaner information from previous service so I did not have to fill out any additional forms, saving me more time. I pulled the car in upon arrival and was able to speak with the service advisor immediately and drive off in the loaner in minutes. The service advisor called and confirmed my approval for additional items needing servicing and the car was ready to go at the end of the day. However, given that I needed to work late it was not a problem to take the loaner home and pick up the car the next day. The car was washed and ready to go and I was able to leave in minutes.

I was more than pleased with this recent service...

I was more than pleased with this recent service experience. First off, I was scheduled as soon as possible. I was given several reminders as the appointment date approached. I was given the price for replacement parts, but Mr. Foltz recommended they try to repair the items first. I was given an estimate that was reasonable, but when the work was completed, the actual cost was considerably less. I was totally pleased with the workmanship. There was no evidence of the original problem when I drove my vehicle home. Because the work was estimated to be several hours, I was given transportation home and then picked up after the work was completed. The driver, Mr. Turner, was a very enjoyable person to be around. During our conversation, we found out we had mutual acquaintecees. As I waited briefly in the customer area, I spoke with another customer from out of state. He said he goes considerably out of his way to come to this dealership after using another that could not compare to the service he received at MCB of Hagerstown. I can easily understand what he meant; I echo his sentiments. C. Peyton

Upon arrival Mr.Paden approached us & introduced himself, from that point on the entire experience of purchasing my Mercedes c350w was by far the most pleasant. I left smiling and feeling like WOW!this was the best deal of my life. HIGH FIVE to THEM!

Looking for a used car, we came across this dealership...

Looking for a used car, we came across this dealership through the internet. We were skeptical at first beause we knew nothing about the dealership. We met Richard Paden who was very helpful - informed, professional, friendly, and interested in our questions about the car. He called to follow up on questions he could not answer immediately. The car is everything he said it would be. We now have a high quality car which we believe we purchased at a fair price.

I took delivery of my new 2011 Mercedes on August 30th....

I took delivery of my new 2011 Mercedes on August 30th. My sales person was Andre Taylor. I must tell you that when i bought the car, Andre was more than just professional and he showed so much enthusiam. He also kept me aware of the car's journey from Germany. Iam writing to tell you i have great difficulty with electronics, which this car is loaded with. Mr. Taylor spent 3 hours with me when the car was delivered and another morning with me today. I couldn't believe his patience and kindness. I have been buying Mercedes since 1970 and this was the best experience I've had thanks to Andre G. Klupt

This is my first experience purchasing a new MB. Justin...

This is my first experience purchasing a new MB. Justin Harbert, Richard Paden, and Austin Shemon were extremely easy to deal with, very professional, and courteous. Richard took the time to go over the entire vehicle with me and even offered to come to my home and program my garage door opener, now that’s service after the sale! Financing was a breeze, 5 minutes to submit the application on line and 20 minutes to complete the paperwork when I picked up my new MB C300. This has been the easiest car purchase I have ever made. To top off the whole experience, they included a 2 lb. chocolate bar! Thank you, M. Wade

i would recommend this dealership because i had a great experience there they were very helpful and answered the questions i asked. the test drive was great he had me do things in the car i would have never thought of doing to prove its differences between this car and others.

The following is the reason why we have rated this...

The following is the reason why we have rated this dealership so highly. Our internet search for a Mercedes within a radius of 100 miles brought us to Hagerstown dealership that had the car we were looking for with low milage and the options we were interested in . Our next step was to call them to inquire more information. Mr. Wes Whetstone answered all of my questions without being aggressive . I wanted to find out the bottom price before we made the one-hour trip. He was very candid in terms of coming very close to my offer and telling me that he would work with us. After visiting the dealership, he went over the car and even changed the front grill to make my wife happy at a minimum cost to us. On the next trip, when we went there to pick up the car, he personally spent almost an hour to go over every feature of the car and answered our questions very patiently. we left the dealership happy about our experience in the entire car shopping process. I always thought purchasing a used car was a headache and a game playing hassle. I was proven wrong at Hagerstown Mercedes dealership especially the way we were treated by Mr. Wes Whetstone. I will recommend this dealership and Mr. Wes Whetstone to my family and friends who may be in the market to buy a new or used Mercedes. Glen and Fariba G.

What a refreshing change to deal with someone with the...

What a refreshing change to deal with someone with the professionalism and humility of Barry London. Often times in this car game one hears a lot of BS. Not this time. Barry really sets the standard for service and integrety. True honesty is easy to spot and we spotted it with Barry right off the bat and through out the whole transaction.
