I purchased a used 2016 Jeep Renegade and thought I was

I purchased a used 2016 Jeep Renegade and thought I was getting a good deal. 1 week after I purchased it, I received a phone call that there was a safety recall! They should have never sold me the Jeep when it had a recall! I had to take it back to the dealer and was out transportation for 2 days. I was also told that the vehicle uses oil! I also had to way 1 month for the paperwork to get a registration and tag. To make matters worse I live in Alabama about 40 miles from Key Chrysler. I was no treated well the entire time and they acted like they were doing me a favor. I hope the Federal Government investigates the practice of selling used vehicles with recalls.

Buying is easy!

I have been buying vehicles here for years! Dwayne Cornett always makes it very easy for me! I just have to choose my color and I’m basically done! He does the rest! He’s always there to help me with anything I need!

I've driven Jeeps for years and always take them to Key. I trust them, know the people there, and know they will take good care of my car and me.

Was great service! Wanted a certain car with a certain color and they pulled thru and got the job done! Signed some papers and off I went!

Very disappointed yesterday after I waited over 2 hours

Very disappointed yesterday after I waited over 2 hours for a simple oil & filter change on my Fiat 124 Spider. I was given a price reduction, but I never receiver the Free 23 Point Inspection report. I was suppose to also get a Free Alignment check, But have no idea even if they did any for the above beside the the oil and filter change. I drove from Lebanon, Ohio because I used Key the last time and did receive all the vehicle check information. I guess I need to go back to Jack Sweeney in Florence, KY to get the 23 point inspection report.

After my car was towed to the dealership on a Sunday, I

After my car was towed to the dealership on a Sunday, I was notified on Wednesday a new battery was needed. Somehow they “forgot” to order a battery. Today is Monday(5 days later) and “we don’t know if the battery will arrive today “ This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Do not go there!
