There was no experience. I contacted Key on a RAM truck they have forsale and was answered by the Online manager ( his words not mine) he said thank you for my inquiry and they were closed at the time. He said he would get back as soon as he got in. He never did get back to me and that was over 9 days ago. Not heard a word. I guess they have enough sales and don't need me to buy a Truck from them. I will never refer anyone to Ket Chrysler. Ever.

Salesman knew nothing about the vehicle.
Salesman knew nothing about the vehicle. Had to look everything up. Upon arrival to pick truck up, it was still filthy. Poor service all in all!!

I purchased a new RAM. Very happy with purchase. Dave Tackett was my salesman. He was very helpful at finding what I wanted and helping me evaluate different options. He listened to what I wanted - then worked to provide it. Overall - an excellent experience.

Key Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat was one of our best
Key Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat was one of our best experiences. The staff were so polite and friendly. Not like other dealerships, they did not pressure us while we were looking for a vehicle. They were very laid back and easy to talk to. Have bought vehicles in the past from Key Chrysler and each experience has been great. Can’t say enough about this dealership. If you are looking for a vehicle, Key is the place to go. You won’t regret your decision. Tyler was our sales associate and he was fantastic, answered all of our questions and after the purchase checked up on us to make sure we were happy with the purchase/vehicle and to answer any questions that might come up. We had a great experience with Key Chrysler purchasing our new Ram 1500. Dave our salesman took the time to really make sure we were getting what we wanted. The team stayed late but didn’t rush us like other dealerships have. We will definitely consider getting our next vehicle from Key.

Had a great buying experience. My sales guy Dave was friendly, helpful and not pushy. I was in contact with him over a 3 month period before pulling the trigger. I brought outside financing to the table and experienced some issues with my bank. Rich (the finance guy) was helpful to find options and again not pushy. I got a great deal on a beautiful Grand Wagoneer! I would definitely recommend Key!

First and foremost, I’ve always had great service with Key Jeep! I recently had an oil change on my Jeep Cherokee prior to going out of town. I did not leave town for two days prior to the oil change and there was no leakage in my driveway. All was fine until I reached Knoxville TN and my Engine Thermostat Hot light came on and the thermostat was on H. I was close to an exit that had an auto store so took the exit. When the rep looked at the reservoir it was empty. It took an entire gallon of coolant to bring back to normal. I called the following day and spoke with service and they were very kind and worked through my concerns with texts and calls until I reqched my destination in FL.
