This dealership backs up their product

Great dealership! My wife bought her Jeep there and suggested them when I needed to replace my wrecked truck. Dave Tackett took the time find out what I wanted and since they didn't have it, searched, had us test drive one they had, explained the different types of vans and found one i wanted and brought it in from another state asap. Everyone involved was very informative.

Excellent experience! Tyler was knowledgeable and very helpful. Rich also did a great job. Dealership clean and neat and other workers were friendly as well. Highly recommend!

Great dealership

This dealer always takes great care of me. Provided an outstanding deal on my jeep 4xe. Dwayne is my salesperson who makes sure everything at delivery is perfect.

Thank You-We greatly appreciate everyone’s effort!

Everyone was very pleasant. Treated with respect and helped us with technology since we are greatly challenged…(different generations). Our only negative was the 2+ hour drive to get there…through Columbus….ha!

You want to charge a lot for cars but not helpfuln

Rude employees, no costumer service skills, no help on fixing the solution. Vehicle returned with broken glass in it. Will never be back or recommend to anyone ever in my life time. Deal with any Chrysler Dodge Jeep was a bad experience on a warranty issue and will never buy this brand again. It’s like no one cares about the costumers anymore.

Best service- always keeps me updated on recalls and required service for my Wrangler and other cars. My whole family uses this service for their cars too

SUPER Experience @ Key Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Inc

Stephanie Drayton made the whole experience very relaxed and enjoyable. She asked questions and got to know me, my needs and desires and did not try to shove something off on me I didn't want or try to get me to order something I would be expected to buy site-unseen. She was patient and professional even when dealing with my indecisiveness. She took time to explain and she listened when I had questions. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was great and have absolutely no complaints. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
