I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Murano from Jeff Schmitt Cadillac in Beavercreek, Ohio. My salesperson Malcolm Worth matched me with exactly what i needed for the budget I had given to him. this turned out to be an excellent experience and a great deal with an excellent warranty. I had my vehicle within three days of contacting the dealership. It was fast, courteous service and I would recommend anyone interested in a quality vehicle to "Get in here!" as the commercial says.

Looking at Ford Mustang, been doing a lot of searching online. We live an hour and a half away from dealer. We called in the morning to set up appointment to look/test drive car. Well we were only able to look at the car. They completely failed to mention that the car is in the shop and replacing engine and won't be ready for several DAYS. They said they would make it right and bring the car to our place when ready for us to test drive, we will see if they hold true to their word. Extremely disappointed in customer service and communication within the company.

Timothy Sawyer bent over backwards to help us buy this used Cadillac. He even came in on his day off to finalize the deal. We are so pleased with the car. Service department fixed a little problem for us and was so courteous to us while we were waiting. Jeff Schmitt is the BEST dealership to work with. No doubt we will be back when ready to buy another vehicle. They make buying a car a painless experience.

Great buying experience
Had a great buying experience at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. The dealership was easy to find, the facilities were very nice, and the Nissan Titan I came to look at was in excellent condition - just as it was advertised. What I appreciated most was the professionalism and personality of my salesman, Tim Sawyer. Tim was very knowledgeable about the product and was very candid about the pricing. I never felt overly pressured as I had in previous buying experiences. It felt good driving home in my new-to-me truck knowing I got a good deal from good people.

Excellent Service
Dale Drury was a wonderful as well as an excellent service representative. Whenever I came in he made me feel like part of the family. Dale always made sure I received impeccable service at affordable prices. I am pleased that he has been promoted, yet, missed him in Beavercreek for our last service visit. When we returned to Texas we found a previous problem was going to cost us over $1,000 to fix. I found Dale at his new Columbus Jeff Schmidt location and after discussing the issue with him, took his advice and went to the Cadillac dealer in Grapevine Tx and explain the issue to the service department manager and representative there as Dale had informed me to do. Ultimately, the price was dropped to $635 which was an agreeable price after all that we have gone through with the particular mechanical problem. I will be calling Dale next week to inform him of our great pleasure and deep gratitude! Thanks to Jeff Schmidt Auto group for making sure to employ people that work with integrity and provide excellent customer service! We will miss Dale Drury and Jeff Schmidt Cadillac!

Our experience at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac in Beavercreek was wonderful! Malcom and Ian and the entire staff was very informative and professional. We purchased a used CTS that was in beautiful shape and we are very excited about it! We will definitely will be returning for future purchases!

I was very pleased with the customer service at Jeff Schmitt. I was facing an unusual circumstance in purchasing a used car. I was a little reluctant, as I have been accustomed to purchasing new vehicles.
