Rob Sanders was a really good sales person,very friendly and helpful! Greg in finance was not as pleasant and made me tear up in his office! he made my experience of car shopping horrible! He would tell me he would call me back whenever he would hear back from the banks.He never called nor did he return the many calls I made to him..I was getting the run around by him.I was and still am a little upset at the confusion he caused and I never got a straight answer to why it took almost 2 weeks for me to get the car i wanted..I had 5000 dollars cash for a 13755 priced Yukon Denali! however Rob sanders got the ball rolling and after 13 days of being run around and missing 2 days of work,i was finally able to get my dream car!
