Purchase of Used Cadillac 2011

Brandon Amstutz and Jeff VanGorder were both awesome! Brandon is very professional and customer focused. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and co workers.

hidden cost

Salesman sold me on all the extra stuff done to the car like enviromental package and other services I would receive. I was led to believe that was included in the sticker price since I never agreed to buy any thing extra, but they added over $4000 to the price of the car, never saying a word about total price, just getting in my payment range. I feel they are deceptive in hiding extra cost that most buyers will not want or need.

Blaine was one the kindest, patient, and "no pressure" salesman we have ever met. We felt that he was a friend right away and that he understood how much we could afford. Byran Edwards was both knowledgeable and courteous during the Cadillac buying experience for my wife and I. The original intent was to purchase a Cadillac for my wife at Jeff Schmitt and a second in Columbus. However, due to Bryan's good demeanor and patience, we purchased a second Cadillac at Jeff Schmitt.

I had a great experience 9 years ago buying my first cadillac that I decided to go back to Jeff Schmitt Auto Group and give them another try! I had the most friendliest face greet me on the lot, the only female Sales person, Stephanie Olnhausen! Her and I hit it off so well that I felt like we had been friends forever! Stephanie was very professional,knowledgeable and caring! Jeff VanGorder the Sales Manager was also very helpful! Since I'm a single middle aged women, Jeff made sure he met all my needs down to the financing!I highly recommend anyone who is in the buying mood for a new or used vehicle to give Jeff Schmitt Auto Group in Beavercreek a try!

Right from the start, this dealership was different than any other I have ever visited...I'm an old guy (65), so I have a several experiences to draw from. The entire staff, from our very knowledgeable salesman, Mr Eric Lower, to the Sales Manager, Mr Jeff VanGorder, to the Finance Manager, Mr Ian Quinn, were professional, courteous, personable, and a pleasure to deal with. They went out of their way to make our car buying experience easy and pleasant. I can highly recommend anyone to make Jeff Schmitt Auto Group your first option, when looking for a new Cadillac.

Found a gem!

After totaling my car in an accident and going to several car dealerships only to be turned away due to my bad credit I finally went to Jeff Schmitt. Eric Lower at Cadillac really made me feel comfortable and went over all my options. Based on my credit there weren't a lot of options and most of them pretty unsavory but he told us about a sebring he had just brought in on a trade & it ended up being the perfect match for me. For an older car it had great mileage, runs great, excellent condition. He listened to everything I was looking for and made it happen even with limited resources. I am confident that as soon as I can raise my credit score I will come back to Eric to help me find a new car!
