I bought a 2011 truck from them for 23k I drove it 10k mile started having engine issues no oil pressure. i took it to their shop where iwas to told to... use heavier oil. I took it to 2 other shops and both said engine was no good needed replaced i notified Green service of it and was told until it blows nothing they can do. now 13k miles later it has blown and green said its nothing they can fix has to go through warranty so they towed truck to Jacksonville where it presently set denied warranty using every excuse to deny it. mainly fot not changing plugs at 95k and air filter at 90k as far as oil changes they were all done the first one at 83k i did my self which they say voided warranty as well. so to sum it up I put 10k on truck was told engine was no good they would not fix it i drove it 13k miles more dealing with oil issues that they was aware of and now it gave out stuck in Jacksonville they won't tow it back to Springfield and said its a paper weight unless i pay for new engine. I am a small business owner that relies on the truck for work who reach roughly 1k people a month . I have all documents to support this nonsense and will be posting them on my site. Also i will have documents showing it was not serviced when they sold it to me. Car buyers beware the green for life warranty is a joke. 23000..00 dollars later i found out its about the cars not the people.
Inept. Would not recommend. Took my Hyundai Elantra in for three separate emissions repairs and they still couldn't fix it. I paid $1,400 dollars in repairs... and my car wouldn't pass an emissions test at a DMV facility. Money down the drain. They charged $100 just to look at my car EACH time I brought it in for the same repair. I got a call from them two weeks after a repair was finished to let me know that a part came in for my vehicle. However, this was a part that was already replaced! Also, I came in once and they didn't even have my repair history on file. Im sorry, but the mechanics here have no idea what they're doing, and like every dealer mechanic shop, they charge you the most for your Hyundai because it's the "official" dealer mechanic shop. Never going back here again. Ever.
I found a car I liked on cars.com, 100 miles away from home. Josh Warren at Green Certified West responded to my request for information promptly, advising... that I should come up to see the vehicle, and that if I didn't purchase a new car on my first trip, they'd buy me a tank of gas, which they'd not had to do for any customer yet. Well, Josh's guarantee was no joke - I bought a car. Everyone was nice and prompt, and I love the Santa Fe they found for me (not the one I found online - a better one). The bottom-line price was MORE than fair, and their financing was better than the loan for which I was preapproved. I drove back to the Lou happy and smiling! Without a doubt, this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks, everyone!

I went to green on North Dirksen to purchase a used car for my son to take to college. Carrie kept in regular contact with me while she looked for a... car that would suit our needs. She found us a very nice preowned Hyundai Santa Fe. I was able to get a good price for the car I would definitely shop there again. Billy was also very helpful when he took over for Carrie.
I had a great experience buying a vehicle from Green Hyundai on North dirkson. It was so good my mom purchased a vehicle as well. The only thing that is... very disappointing is I have refferd two ppl there that bought vehicles as well and I have yet to receive my refferal money. It's been almost 4 months since these two have purchased there vehicles. I've called and haven't gotten a response back. Very false advertising n I will not refer anybody again. I will finish paying my car off and go else where. I have purchased vehicles from other dealers n referred ppl and always got my money.

Took the family SUV shopping all day throughout Springfield.....the wife and a very active 16 month old boy. We went to Green Hyundai Certified at the... end of the day ready to call it a day but we promised we would show up as part of our trip from Jacksonville. Worked with Internet Sales Manager Cameron McClellan. He was excellent and did not push us to buy like salesmen traditionally do. Cameron patiently showed us a plethora of SUV choices and we found a sharp certified pre-owned 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport with the Popular Equipment and Leather Premium Equipment packages. He also worked to get us top dollar for our trade at thousands better than any Springfield dealer could. We had our loan arranged with my credit union prior to the visit. But they willingly negotiated with us on our trade and vehicle sale price; we struck a deal quickly. Total time from walking in to see Cameron and buying our first ever Hyundai was just over 2 hours with touring the lot and finding our perfect Hyundai that literally just arrived and received detailing the same day. We initially did not expect anything prior to the visit but Cameron certainly showed us a great dealership that values people instead of treating them as just another number to meet a quota. I've always owned American brands and never thought I'd see myself in a Hyundai. I underestimated the features loaded onto these vehicles. Very pleased with my Santa Fe Sport and I truly believe in how solid the Hyundai brand has become over the years. I would buy from this dealership and Cameron again. Thank you!
All the radio commercials are sickening. This place is nothing they make it sound like on the radio. Service is horrible and there is no management team... at all ! They will tell you whatever you want to hear to sell a car but after that you can't find anyone who wants or knows how to deal with issues. Buyers beware !

We have had bad experiences in the past with car buying, and we never got that from him. We will never ever buy a car from anyone else! He showed us how to use all the features on the car and even called us a day or two later and made sure we still loved the car and that we didn't need anything. I came in because my tire wasn't holding air. I already had it taken off the car and the spare put on when I brought it in. I've been sitting here for... 2 hours for just a tire. I ask how long they said 10 minutes took another 30 minutes. 12 cars came thru since I've been here. People come and go since I've been here and I had an APPOINTMENT for a tire. Takes 2 hours. Walk ins literally walk in and out. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER WITNESSED IN MY LIFE. WHAT ARE YALL DOING BACK THERE THAT TAKES 2 hours when the tires already off the car. AND ITS CRAZY HOW THEY LEFT THE SPARE TIRE ON AND PUT STOCK ONE IN BACK OF SUV. WHAT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE
