I have a 2017 Focus bought at dealership previously a 2014 Focus bought at dealership previously a 2010 Fusion bought at a different dealership. I have... brought my car 3 times for a windshield wiper problem and in last several days have numerous pics and videos showing wiper stuck and not moving while other wiper is working I want this problem fixed but lack confidence in your dealership to actually fix this problem
Purchasing my used vehicle was relatively pain free - until I needed to use the extended warranty the dealership sold me. I showed up the morning my repair... was scheduled and immediately my experience turned negative by the complete lack of organization by the service department (but this was the least of my concerns). I had a major issue with the extended warranty and requested to speak with someone about it. Oddly enough, during normal business hours, there was nobody in the dealership who could answer any questions about it. I left a message to have a general manager or owner return my call (this was 9/20). No response. On 9/24, I called and nobody was available to answer my questions. I asked for a return call. No response. On 10/8, I called and finally spoke to the "Finance Manager". He was going to speak to the owner and call me back. No response. On 10/9, I called the "Finance Manager" back. I was told he was waiting on the owner and the warranty rep to make a decision and he would know by 10/15 and call back. No response. On 10/19, I called - voicemail. I left a message. No response. On 10/25, I called - voicemail again. I left another message. No response. On 10/26, I called and spoke with the "Finance Manager". I was told he was going to email the warranty rep and call tomorrow "no matter what". 10/27 - Hallelujah, after almost SIX WEEKS I finally receive a call. During this call I simply receive a synthetic apology told they are not even going to attempt to provide a resolution. Please think twice before doing business with this dealership.
i really enjoyed working with matt, he did such a great job! he made sure to go above and beyond to make me a happy customer. I will be sending friends... and family to him for their car buying needs! hands down, the best experience I have ever had!
We can always count on Matt. He is courteous and pleasant to deal with. We know we will always get a good fair deal we we deal with him. Many vehicles... purchased from this dealership and will definitely be back when need something else
Save yourself a lot of grief & go elsewhere if you want good service! After being told several times my car would be done the next day...a week and a half... later their still not done. All this just to change spark plugs!!!

If you are looking for a car and a salesman that wants to put you in a car your comfortable with see Eric. He works hard to make you happy and listens... to you. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Jackson Ford and Eric and if we purchase again I will call Eric.

Drove close to 3hrs to buy a 2015 Mustang of my dreams. I was afraid of being disappointed by yet another dealership, but my salesman Eric was amazing!... From getting the door for me, listening to my concerns, and just making me feel comfortable. He was truly working hard for me! And guess what I got the mustang thanks to Eric!! Truly love the car and my salesman at Jackson Ford. I cant quit looking at my pony and smiling! He took the time to explain the car to me in detailed and just showed he cared. Trust me not all dealerships are like this and there are not very many Eric's out there. If your looking to buy give them a chance, cause like me you might just leave surprise! He even let us take the car to go eat. it was perfect eating and discussing the car in a different environment. Ask for Eric Courtney, tell him Jared Clodfelter sent you, he will treat you right!
