Incredible customer service! Bought 4 new tires. 5 days later I ran over a nail. Called Buckeye and someone came out to put my donut on so I could bring it in to be serviced since I didn’t know how. Really wonderful people working there.

1. I had a bad experience with one of the employees a Kevin . He was rude and unfriendly. I felt he was a racist. 2. They charge a surcharge for using credit cards 3. They have no clue if your car doesn’t have problems code. They are just guessing. 4. As a general comment. My Altima has only 127000 miles . My transmission failed already. I will not buy a Nissan again.

We apologize for the negative experience with our employee, Kevin. We do not condone any form of discrimination and have addressed the issue. As for the surcharge, it helps cover processing fees. Regarding your car issue, we always perform a thorough diagnosis to provide accurate services. We're sorry to hear that your transmission failed, please reach out to us for assistance.

Service department is horrible. The way they retreat customers especially women is not acceptable. Will never buy another Nissan vehicle due to their service.

I have purchased three trucks from Buckeye Nissan and have had all the service work done there. Great Service Dept.!! I worked with Bill Pletz, one of the salespeople, to buy my 2024 Frontier. Great guy! Friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to get me the truck I wanted within two days. Highly recommend Bill and Buckeye Nissan.

Justin Sword definitely did what he said he would do. I contacted Buckeye Nissan 4/3 about 9am by about 5:30pm Justin had me approved. He went over and beyond for me to finalize the deal. I would recommend this dealership and Justin Sword to everyone. Thank you again!

Just a warning for those who seek to trade in your car here. I have a very nice 2018 Durango Citadel that I was considering trading in for a Traverse. When I got my Durango, it was on the heels of a total loss so time was of the essence and no Traverses were available at the time and rental cars were super expensive, I got the Durango which was my 2nd choice. I was just looking for a change of scenery and maybe getting my first choice now (a year later). They looked at my trade (never drove it) and came back with an offer of $23,500. I will attach a copy of my KBB value for a trade in was $26,919 (middle value - $28,363 high and $25,474 low). The value is $27-30. Their offer was about $3,500 lower than the KBB value middle offer and way under the actual value. Just beware and do your homework. Know what your car is worth before you go there. Auto's are ridiculous right now and with rates as high as they are, don't get tricked into losing thousands of dollars of your hard earned equity. I didn't go in and want top dollar because they have to re-sell but that offer, in my opinion, was predatory. A manager reached out and said it was because of repairs needed. Let me tell you, there are no dents, scratches, defects in this car. Pictures are publicly posted on autotrader now. When I asked for a list of what was identified by the appraiser, I heard no response back but I did reply that that answer was a cop-out and they should have a list of items to support their claim. Just beware. In a time where we are in an economy hurting to put food on your table, don't let a car dealer scam you for lower than what is a 'fair' offer. Maybe they were not hurting for inventory or were not willing to budge on anything because they hit their numbers, etc. The right thing to do would to say, you know we cannot offer you what your car is worth so I will not extend a trade in offer to you but would really like your business if you are interested in the car we have. That would have showed integrity and trust vs saying we will give you thousands below what it is worth on a trade in. Shame on you guys
