This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Everything was perfect. Our salesman, Anthony, was so knowledgeable and the GM, Keith, made sure to get us the best deal on the car I really wanted. Thank you guys so much! I love my new Ford Mustang Mach E GT Performace. I highly recommend anyone go to this location when it's time for you to buy a new car. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased my truck 8 yrs ago.

I purchased my truck 8 yrs ago. Part of my deal was free inspections. Today they refused to pass my inspection due to the tires and rims I had on my truck for several years. This is one way to void my free inspections. VERY POOR customer service experience.

Chapman ford of columbia was over the top in assisting me with the purchase of the vehicle I was interested in answered all the question I had about everything salesman was very helpful on vehicles test drive entire staff was super friendly As well. Terrible Service!

First, you have to go through a second hand party to schedule an appointment for service. It takes forever. Then to top it off the service schedules the wrong date! Next, once your car is taken in for service, they send a text message for communication purposes. However, they don’t provide updates nor do they respond to messages in a timely fashion. I had two cars in at the same time. My wife was told it would only be 45 minutes to install a new battery. Two hours later it was done. She waited in a dirty waiting room with no complimentary water or coffee. Then they tried to make her commit to services not needed. They actually pressured her. One was a cabin filter. I keep a log book Chapman just installed a cabin filter not even a year ago. Other services as well. They have the records. Then they pressure you into giving them five stars. I called the service manager, I think his name was Dan, but supposedly he was out to lunch so I left a message and of course no return call. For the thousands of dollars I spend on repairs and the vehicles I’ve purchased there, you would think they would want me to be satisfied. Chapman service has gone so far downhill. I’m not satisfied and recommend taking your repairs elsewhere.
