I left my phone number and called 2 times leaving messages , one on voice mail and one with a person . car sat for 2 days because they were calling the wrong number - 3 days without a car - no loaner and I missed work .. very inconsiderate and I purchased 2 cars here

Great service on my Volvo S60.
Great service on my Volvo S60. The auto/stop alert came on my dash. They got me in the very next day. All systems checked. The system battery failed and was replaced. Diana Lanshe from Keystone Volvo was knowledgeable, professional and was able to explain everything to me.

Whenever I have service at Keystone Volvo, I am always met with courtesy, detailed information about my car, and fast service. I worked with Jon on my last visit, and he was exceptional. When they didn’t have the part for my car, he gave me a loaner so that I could get home.
