The best Volvo service for the past 35 years
I recommend this Berwyn Keystone Volvo to anyone who is interested. We have leased 3-4 Volvos ever 3 years.. needless to say the service department and the sales department are the best. I always feels like I’m part of the team. Owner is always at the dealership ( 2 locations.) his door is always open. Today for example, no appointment, had a nail in my tire , took 45 minutes, I was back on the road .. tire fixed. A+

Very impressed with my purchase experience at Keystone
Very impressed with my purchase experience at Keystone Motors. I bought a CPO vehicle but due to a miscommunication it did not have the features I expected but had already taken title to the car! Within a week, Kevin had found another car and arranged for me to trade the first vehicle back for the price I paid. Left with what seems to be the ideal car. Could not have been easier and less stressful. Thanks!

Service Department visit for my Volvo S80
My experience was excellent, as it always is with this dealership. Dianna, the Service person was great. Very efficient and handled my problem right away. I called and explained my car was sending a message that I had an oil leak. When I arrived at the dealership, they took me right away. Thank goodness it turned out to not be a leak. I have been going to Keystone Motors, Berwyn, Service Department since 1998, and would never think to go anywhere else. I feel this dealership is extremely competent, fair with prices and very honest. If I have to wait for my car, my experience at Keystone Motors is always very pleasant. They provide so many services, TV, magazines, wi-fi use, free coffee, hot chocolate , water and sweets. The staff is always friendly and polite. Steve Owens is also a great Manager.
