I had an amazing experience working with Derrick at Bob Caldwell! My boyfriend and I came in hoping to make something happen, and Derrick went above and beyond for us. He worked with our situation, explained everything clearly, and actually cared about getting us into the right car. Thanks to him, my boyfriend was able to drive off in a Dodge Challenger — and I was able to co-sign with no stress or confusion. Derrick made the whole process smooth, fast, and honestly way easier than we expected. If you’re looking for someone who’s honest, patient, and really knows what they’re doing, definitely go to Derrick. We’re super grateful for him! 🚗🔥

Derek and the sales manager didn’t unbelievable job on

Derek and the sales manager didn’t unbelievable job on the extra mile for me. I put him through a lot of hoops that they were patient and found me a great vehicle. I would recommend both of these gentlemen to anyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle.

Justin, Derek and Scott did a great job. When we couldn’t find the right deal on the Grand Cherokee L , we pivoted to the Lincoln and made me a fair deal, I’m actually starting an airport shuttle service with the Lincoln at the Pittsburgh airport from the Steubenville area and if all goes well I’ll be back in a year to get a different vehicle.
