Find another garage to do you work...
Took my vehicle to them because it had shut off during driving. Wissler did their so called diagnositic check, but wasn't able to find the problem. Took vehicle to Ford thinking "this is going to be expensive", but it turned out to be a blown fuse. Contacted Wissler to contest the charges to receive a full refund, but they will not refund anything. Reason: Wissler completed a diagnostic check to the best of their ability and deemed the problem couldn't be fixed at their facility. All, I would be worried if I were you. If Wissler can't even fix a simple fuse... what kind of service are you all getting. If you don't heed this warning, best of luck.

Scott – Thank you for speaking with me several weeks ago about your concern. I understand you were disappointed with my service manager’s initial response however I believe we came to an understanding and you were satisfied with the resolution of a 100% refund. I am hoping that you update your review on us and give us another opportunity in the future. In my discussion with you, I noted that I was actually proud of the fact my team did not ask for more billable time from you. This tells me that “upselling the customer” is NOT what they are about. They felt it was an unusual issue and wanted you to proceed to a Ford dealer who could lean on Ford Motors for direction on the unique scenario. My decision for a 100% refund was because I felt we could have completed additional research prior to passing “the buck.” As you said, it was a fuse, however given that the Ford dealer billed you a full 1 ½ hours at $105 per hour tells me it was not a simple diagnosis but only a simple fix. Again, I thank you for speaking with me several weeks ago and if you have any additional questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. We researched vehicles online and decided to visit Wissler Motors for a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. Tyler Ashley greeted us on the lot. He was very informative and accommodating even though we did not commit to a purchase that day. He promoted the benefits of purchasing a vehicle through Wissler ( Family owned, Quality vehicle selection, Inspections, car washes.. and many others). We went to other car sales lots to see other vehicle options that were available. Our decision to go back to Wissler was due to Tyler's promotion of the quality ,Services , the benefits Wissler offers and our vehicle pricing.

Purchase used vehicle
Both my wife and I have purchased many pre-owned vehicles in the past, and this was certainly one of the better experiences. Our sales person, Ashley, went out of her way to accomodate us. The vehicle was fairly priced compared to similar ones on the market. After the first test drive I really liked the vehicle but had a few concerns about how it drove. The next day she had it in the shop to see if they could correct the minor issues, which had to do with the balancing of the new tires. The next day via emails back and forth, she answered all of my questions (and I have a lot before making a large purchase like that one) and priced all of the options as far as warranties and gap insurance. We spoke about which ones made sense and which ones didn't. She seemed to have knowledge of both automobiles and the auto business in general. As my schedule would not permit me to return when she was working, she came back after she was off for the day and let me take a second test drive, which showed me that my previous concerns had been corrected. We got the loan approved, did the paperwork, discussed all of the service perks, and scooted out with a new auto. We apprciated her information without ever asking "what can i do to get you in this car today?' We never felt pressured and overall was just a pleasant experience.

Was hesitant to use cars.com to sell my current car online. But wisller motors made the entire process very easy and hassle free. Ashley was very thorough and always kept me up to date on the status. I would use them again for any needs I have in the future.

"Very Satisfying car-buying experience!
Tyler's warmth and professionalism were immediately apparent to us and he guided us expertly, and humorously, through the recent purchase of our Ford Edge. He spent extra time with us and went the extra mile to be sure that we were able to drive away with the vehicle a few hours after we walked in the door. The drive to Lancaster County from our home in Cumberland County was well-worth it because of the quality of Wissler's staff, dealership, and vehicles, and we're grateful that our online research led us to them!
