Great car buying experience!
I was looking for a quality preowned Jeep Grand Cherokee and after many hours of online research and shopping discovered Wissler's Motors excellent selection. I was able to find several vehicles that interested me and after careful research and preperation went to look at a vehicle on their lot. I was greeted by Ashley who immediately put me in a great low pressure and relaxed environment to consider my options. I was able to get a more then fair value on my trade in and Ashley was extremely efficient when finding me quick and affordable Finacing option. Not only did Wissler's Motors work diligently to make me feel at ease during the process but presented a host of perks to me for having bought a car from them, showing me that they stand by every car on their lot! Highly recommend Ashley and Wissler motors to anyone looking for a great no hassle car buying experience!!

Jeep Wrangler is Mine!
I knew it was soon time to buy a new car. I've been driving my mini-van for 15 years. That time came when my van did not pass inspection in June. We shopped and looked at vehicles online and in car dealer lots. I saw a beauty of a Jeep Wrangler on Wissler's website. Emailed Ashley and received a prompt reply. I went to see it on a Tuesday and we put a deposit on it Wednesday and purchased it a day later. The only down side was making an appointment with Ashley for 6:00 p.m. and not being able to receive service from her as she was busy with another customer. Alex took great care of us though and we didn't mind the wait and the time it took to complete the paperwork. I drove away a happy customer in my Jeep Wrangler.

Sales managers Are non negotiable
Had cash for a vehicle Brad and one of the co owners would not take $900 off $13,000 keep on feeding me A line of bull crab typical sales manager any dealership for Carlisle that can't do business like that needs to be shut down feel sorry for all the other people they sold Cars to. You know this is a family-owned business what a way to treat

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I understand you wish to have received a discount on the Sonata Hyrbrid that we have for sale. Unfortunately, some vehicles we have do not have room for additional discounts due to where we have already discounted them online and current market value. We attempted to review this with you and your wife when you were here. We showed: 1. The repair order showcasing what we have completed in the shop on the vehicle including brake and tire specifications. 2. We showed you Kelley Blue Book values (we were approximately $2,500 less). 3. We showed you NADA book values (we were approximately $1,700 less). 4. We showed you Black book values (we were approximately $1,700 less). 5. We reviewed with you a software program which expressed that within 100 miles: a) Only 1 vehicle was ranked as a better value than ours out of 22 and we don’t know its condition. b) Our vehicle price was 10% lower than the average priced Sonata hybrid. This is huge! 6. We the benefits of our added valued programs: A) 1 year of Allstate’s Complete Protection which includes: Paintless dent repair, Key replacement, Roadside service, Rental car reimbursement, and Domestic trip routing services. B) The loyalty advantage benefit package which includes: Emergency lock-out reimbursement, Tire replacement reimbursement, Towing reimbursement, Roadside service reimbursement, Trip interruption reimbursement, Ambulance reimbursement, C) Wissler check book – includes over $500 of coupons, and D) Washer fluid for life. As I reviewed how Wissler’s employees handled this scenario and the vehicle itself, I can’t find anything that we did wrong. In fact, I began to ask myself why is it we are asking so little for this vehicle when it is in like-new condition and comes with so many great benefits? I am sorry we were unable to “negotiate” on this vehicle with you. If you change your mind and would like to reconsider our offer, please let us know. The dealership is first class. It was a pleasure working with someone who was down to earth and honest. He didn't have that "car salesman attitude." Our car insurance company was contacted for us therefore we had zero leg work. They used our bank of choice and dealt with them directly. Also, free state inspections and car washes are a nice bonus.

Positive experience
Recently purchased a 2014 Honda Pilot Touring from Wissler Motors. Tyler Ashley was very friendly, professional, and honest. We had been in the market for said vehicle, so even though the price was not negotiable, the research we had done showed that it was more than fairly priced. The dealership as a whole seems to be very customer friendly.

Buyer-friendly dealership
A long process of vehicle searching came to an end when we found our new Explorer at Wissler. We worked with Tyler Ashley and were very pleased with his professional and personal courtesies (e.g., not only tolerating the fact that we had our two small children with us, but welcoming and embracing the fact), straightforward and no-hassle approach, and his engaging personality. As a parent, I greatly appreciated the luxury of Wissler's play room, which was clean and accommodating. Purchased our awesome Subaru
We looked for the right used vehicle for about a month. We stopped at Wissler's because of a red Jeep that caught my eye. We met Ashley Joline and were very impressed with her. She was very helpful and not pushy. We wanted to shop around and went to 2 other dealerships. I was not impressed and knew I wanted to go back and work with Ashley although I didn't know what car I even wanted and was unsure about giving up my car that I was attached to even though it was too small. She was very patient with us and helped us find the right vehicle which ended up being a Subaru that we love. I would definitely recommend Wissler Motors and Ashley!

Bought a Chrysler 200 Limited Convertible
I saw the car with the top down as I was passing the dealership. It caught my eye. Stopped in to take a look at it. It was love at first sight. I wasn't looking to buy a car - I have a Dodge Caravan that's in great shape. Anyway, I left and returned a couple of days later to take it for a test drive. Alex Pared took me out for the test drive. He's very knowledgeable, soft-spoken, laughs easily, and just a great guy to work with. It took at least a month before I finally decided to buy it. In the meantime, I was looking at other vehicles, but Alex kept in touch with me. I made an offer and waited for a response from the dealership. I thought if it sells, then it wasn't meant to be. I didn't NEED a car, but I WANTED a convertible. Finally, we were able to agree on a price! Now the car is MINE! Thank you Alex for your diligence, determination, and courtesy.
