Purchased a VW EOS. My wife found the car on line. We drove 6 hours to test drive. Returned by air and was met at the airport by salesperson Alex! Great smooth service, no gimmicks! Highly recommend them!

It was a great day, got the vehicle that I came to look at. Just the process took a little longer not bc of the company tho. Tyler was great, said we could put my vehicle up on the lifts to check it out, if we wanted too. Took us for a nice joy ride.

Ashley was so kind and warm, she took time to talk with me, answered all my questions and truly made me fell valued and important as a customer, she is warm and realistic and absolutely wonderful! When we arrived at Wissler with no plans of buying a car and window shopping, we were greeted by a friendly and courteous salesman named Alex! He was very polite and nice and we did not feel pressured during our visit. Alex was very informative and able to answer all our questions thoroughly! We were extremely interested in a couple different brands but the Subaru on Wisslers lot was very appealing and right for the price. Alex helped us understand the pros and cons of all the brands were looking at including Subaru and helped us to discover that Subaru was the right fit for our growing family! He was not only helpful and courteous but very professional and organized!! We had a great experience with him and are so glad we got to meet him and have him help us with our transaction! Tyler answered some questions on the phone, and when we arrived at the dealership, we were happy to see a clean, modern, spacious facility with very professional personnel. In spite of the late hour on a Saturday, Tyler patiently gave us the information we needed and we sealed the deal! When we returned to pick up the car, Tyler was prepared with the paperwork and all went smoothly. This is the best used-car dealership you could ever find, I'm sure.

Everyone helped me out in finding the best car that would fit my needs in such a short amount of time. Tyler helped make the process run smoothly and as painless as possible. He wanted to make sure with a shadow of a doubt that the car I was going to pick was the car I needed to have. I have been dealing with Wisslers for over 25 years. Their service department is excellent. I was in to have my Nissan Sentra serviced. While waiting for it, I checked out their used cars and looked at a 2013 Nissan Altima. .I purchased it today. Alex was a great help....NO PRESSURE...just good conversation and information. I felt like we are friends, even thought I he could be my grandson. Excellant job!
