Best experience at a dealership ever!!! Called the dealership to verify that they still had the 2 trucks we wanted to look at on the lot and spoke with... Kelsey. He looked and said I have the keys for both trucks but give me a few mins I want to make sure they are here by getting my eyes on them. He called back 5 mins later and said both trucks were still on the lot and he would have them pulled right up front. We arrived and he meet us and we went for a test drive if both truck my son who the truck was for like the first one we drove so we sat down to discuss the truck. Told him I had a couple of concerns about it but we’re not a big deal and I would even take care of them myself if we could make a deal. He asked me what I wanted to offer and I gave him my offer and advised it would be a cash sale he was in sure if they would be able to do it but went and spoke with the owner and the owner said yes and we were out the door 10 mins later with the freshly washed truck!!!! My son loves it!!!! Kelsey was the absolute best salesman I have ever dealt with at a dealership!!!!!
I bought a 2012 Chevy Equinox on 3-10-2020 paid $8,000 cash. On 4-12-2020 the whole engine went out. These people are crooks. They offered for me to pay... an additional $2,500 to repair the engine. Smh. Buyers beware of these people. $8,000 down the drain. You can't do anything to a vehicle in 30 days to make the engine go out. No stars deserved at all.
From the minute we walked into the dealership our experience was awesome. It was very cold the day we bought the car, so our salesman, Kevin , brought... each car right up to the front door so we didn't have to get so cold. He offered us water or soft drinks several times. He was kind, courteous, soft spoken and very low pressure. We picked the car, which we absolutely love, and his price was low enough that we didn't even question it. The price was quite a bit lower than most of the similar cars we looked at. Also the finance manager was just as nice. He offered us extended warranty, but didn't push it at all. He let us make our own choices. Without a doubt, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had.
Once you buy. Good luck Charley bought a new repaired truck didn't find anything out about it till it started rust on repair was told that it was not fixed... there I bought as a new vehicle. If you do you should ask for a Carfax report even on new. Did not care about my satisfaction
Went to trade in a SUV for a used van. They offered me the lowest possible price for my SUV, and refused to budge. Even when I showed them a print out... of the much higher value my vehicle based on the authority they claimed to use. There was no negotiation. It was a dictation of price: take it or leave it. When I asked the salesman to consider a “small” increase in the trade in value just to see if they would move any, he asked if I meant by small “$0.05, $5.00?” We were talking a transaction of $13,000, and he basically told me that he’ll take $5.00 off. They were friendly up till the negotiation phase of buying, then they simply were insulting. They clearly had no intention of selling me the van. They were just stringing me along hoping I’d go more than $2,000 over budget.
My husband and I were looking for the perfect van for our family of 5. He made the car buying process painless which I am so grateful for, I was dreading car shopping due to previous experiences at other dealerships! I was told about this dealership from a friend. We live 2 1/2 hours away. I was able to shop and find a car I was interested in online and ask questions... and get a prompt answer back from our salesman Dave Lareau. We were preapproved before we went so we got there on Saturday afternoon. Our van was waiting on us all nice and clean and we test drove, the paperwork was all ready to go, so we signed and were on our way. Our licensing fee was included and so we were mailed a check to cover that which made everything so easy!
