I made my first truck purchase at Douglas Dodge Ram and had an excellent experience. Dave Lareau, the salesman I who helped me through the process was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. The rest of the sales staff was kind and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend.

High Recommend Dave Lareau At Douglas Dodge Ram

Douglas Dodge Ram was an absolute great experience for purchasing a new vehicle. Met with Dave Lareau on Saturday morning July 22, 2023. We purchased a 2022 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Lux with only 8K miles. Dave took us for a test drive, explained all of the features, and was a pleasure to work with. No pressure to make the purchase. Explained everything in plain English. Got a great price on my trade in. My wife and I are very happy!

With the rise in auto prices, I was looking for just the right vehicle, used, for the right price. I drove over an hour to look at a vehicle they had here. It was well worth the trip. The staff are so professional, and Kevin helped me with this purchase, and made sure I was satisfied before I had it home. Thank you to everyone who worked to make my purchase the best experience it could be. The service team, the sales team, the finance team. My only regret is that they are not closer to where I live, but I know they will be there for me, if I need something.

Excellent experience!

I bought a used 2014 Dodge Journey and dealt with Steve. I was very frazzled and Steve actually called me down. Absolutely wonderful experience! Totally recommend this salesman and dealership!

My wife and I met Dave who was really great to work with. He explained key features of the vehicles and had great information as well. The process was really easy. Fantastic Dealership

I was looking for a new Ram 3500. Found one on line. Inquired on it and immediately received a message from Dave. I’ve purchased quite a few new vehicles but have never been treated so well. Dave went above and beyond to help me out. The whole process was easy and actually enjoyable. Made the deal and Dave even met me 1/2 way from Wisconsin where I live to deliver it to me. All dealerships should take lessons from here and if all sales people were as courteous as Dave the world would be a happier place. Thanks again Dave.

Love this dealership.

Hyundai Palisade

My husband and I were looking for a used Hyundai Palisade and Douglas Dodge had one! We met Dave Laraeu, the salesman, on Saturday afternoon. He was amazing from start to finish!! He was able to answer our questions on the spot and even helped us get a better deal on our new vehicle! He was not pushy at all, very laid back and completely honest…which is so hard to come by these days! I would highly recommend Dave to my family and friends! The process and ease of buying a new vehicle there was wonderful! I will gladly do business there again!

Poor service department

I had to take my renegade in because it was lurching when it shifted. They got me in on a Thurs and they noticed I needed a sway bar and berings and wanted me to bring it in the next day too to fix that (I live in Decatur). Took the car in Friday and they said it would be done that afternoon. It wasn't. They did give me a loaner and kept my car over the weekend. Monday I was assured it would be done that afternoon so took off early to make sure I could get there to pick it up. It wasn't ready. Ended having to pick it up Wed, without the repairs being done, because they still didn't know where the parts were. On my 5th trip they finally got it fixed but showed no consideration for my time or the fact that I had to drive between Decatur and Clinton 5 times. I asked if there could be a discount since I had to make 5 trips for them to be able ti perform the service that they offered when they said they could and was told there's nothing they can do. The lady at the cashiers desk was very short with me too when I asked. Why would you point out a problem and offer to fix it when they had to have known they didn't have the parts to do it and kept my car for 5 days and made me drive to and from there 5 times.
