This was my best car buying experience ever I'm 60...

This was my best car buying experience ever I'm 60 and have been buying cars since I was 19 everybody at this dealership was friendly helpful from the driver who came for me because my ride fell through the greeter and everybody in the showroom the clean up crew did a fantastic job this car was just aquired by brebber the day before so they did do the checkbup to crrtify this used car and cleaned it up for me I appreciate the brenner family dealership I will definatly return and suggest them to all I know who are looking for a car

Great Dealer! Great Sales team!

Todd S. is a great sales person and help me pick the right car for me. He went above and beyond to get me in the car i wanted for a decent price. Definitly will shop here in the future.

Todd was very helpful in finding the right car for me and working above and beyond to get me into the car i wanted. Other dealers were not nearly as helpful or friendly. Will buy again from Brenner!

Great service and awesome people

I went to this dealership on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg. Pa. to purchase a vehicle and was provided great customer service by Mr. Waverly Parker and Isaac Nixon. They both made me feel special and made sure I understood everything I needed to know about my new vehicle. Mr. Parker is an awesome man who cares about his customers and is doing a great job managing this location. Thanks again Mr. Parker and Isaac, I'm sure the Brenner's are glad to have you on their team. I love my 2011 Nissan Maxima it's beautiful, fully loaded and drives real nice! I thank God for bringing these two gentleman in my life, to assist me with purchasing my new car.

Out of town and a dead battery

I was in town for a meeting and found myself with a dead battery. Got a jump from a local tow service and found this Nissan dealer nearby. Went there with no appointment and they took me right in. Checked the charging system and installed a new battery. Even checked the TPMS sensor that went on after the dead battery. Great friendly service!

i do understand

i sam Thornton wrote a review on march 5 about Brenner Nissan saying that there advertisement was not clear enough. After further looking into this i was totally wrong they do help people find a vehicle that you want so i recommend Brenner Nissan to everybody they are great

Transmission failed

I took my car in for service the day after Christmas since it was started making a rattling noise when driving home for the holidays. I used Brenner as it was closer and my parents have dealt with them for years. Within an hour they called and I was told I needed a new transmission. I was assured that theyed be able to get the parts overnight and that my car would be done the next evening. Brenner and their service team came through, i had my car back by 6 the next day and it sounded as good as the day i bought it. Luckily it was under warrenty so i didn't have to pay a dime. Thanks brenner for making the holidays a little easier.

This site must have 5 stars because only 3 people gave feedback. I went to Brenner Nissan, walked around outside forever, no one ever came out. I was then ignored when I walked in the door although both managment and dealers were not working with any customers. I had to go up to the manager to tell him what I was looking for- didn't even make eye contact with me. I was a serious buyer looking for a Juke and felt belittled due to my young age; therefore, went to Faulkner Nissan the very next day where I was treated like a REAL customer and bought a new 2012 Nissan Juke and drove it off the lot that same day. I do not recommend Brenner due to their unprofessionalism and how 'rude' they are.

My 2006 pathfinder had a radiator that leaked coolant...

My 2006 pathfinder had a radiator that leaked coolant into the transmission (which I later learned has been a huge problem for this year pathfinder) It was covered under warranty and repaired. The next day I heard an odd rattling noise coming from the gear shifter. I called the service dept, brought my car in and they said a screw was left untightened or something like that on the transmission, and they fixed/tightened it. Months go by and the car won't start. I took my car to a different mechanic, who asked if I recently had work on the transmission because when he traces the wires it leads to the transmission and faulty wiring which is not allowing power to go to my starter. I called Nissan to let them know I was still dealing with the aftermath of their "repair"... I was scolded for not bringing my car to them for their billion dollar oil changes and "servicing ", and was told if it was 1 mile over 12k from original repair they would do nothing to fix their error. When I implied they should be responsible for this snowball of problems, Sean told me they don't have anything in their records saying I came back for the rattling noise, only that I called about it. I find it odd they would not document this follow-up repair. When I suggested the service was poor. Sean snapped " you didn't have to pay for anything".....well, gee, I thought that's how warrantys worked. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING THEY CAN TO GET OUT OF WARRANTY WORK OR FIX THEIR MISTAKES!!! Horrible customer service, incompetent mechanics... Oh, but they had great coffee in their waiting area (ha).
