A nice place to do buisness
I recently purchased a new Nissan Frontier from Brenner Nissan. I walked into the showroom and first met Mr. Rick Davis. After explaining to him what I was looking for we sat down and started looking at vehicles and prices. I was also introduced to Judy Brown the truecar rep who I had contacted via email about pricing before I visited the dealership. After looking at different options, me, Mr. Davis, and sales manager Andrew Bollinger were able to make a deal on the truck I wanted. Overall I was pleased with the friendly service and love my new truck.

New Car Purchase
I LOVE Carlisle Nissan Brenner! I purchased a 2009 Cube from them and bought a new one 2 days ago....I am a 2 Cube girl. The associates are very knowledgeable about their products and very accommodating to meet my scheduling needs for follow up service. I will continue to use this dealership as I feel I can trust their honesty and ethical business practices. Went in for collision service and bought one of the remaining Nissan Cube in the tri-county area. ...My new car ROCKS and so does Brenner Nissan.

Poor Service department repairs
I would not recommend purchasing or having your vehicle services at this dealership as they do not fix repairs properly nor own up to their mistakes and sell used cars that need repairs immediately. Service is a rip off! Buyers beware of this dealership!

Diissapointed
I purchased a Nissan Altima and was very pleased with the service I received from Mr Wayne Taylor. We had a collision and suffered a total loss. I tried contacting the finance personal about my refund checks and was unable to speak with anyone. no one returned my calls that were left on voice mails or with other staff.

your choice..
I was promised key fobs and keys for the ones they "lost in the snow" and free programming for the car that I had purchased back in early March. I only have one key from what they gave me. I had to purchase the fobs and keys out of pocket. Now I most likely have to pay for them to get programmed as well because it is now May 15th and still having problems getting them to do what was promised. I also had a cracked windshield that was replaced and they payed for it.. but that wasn't smooth and was a hassle because Brenner failed to file the work order number that safelite gave me to give to them. safelite wanted to impound my car because Brenner wasn't going to pay. So the lady from safelite was pretty much getting yelled at by a Brenner employee and I was pretty much being called a liar. I loved the dealership at first.. they helped me and my wife after our car was totaled by an uninsured driver while she was pregnant. After a long and growling process with taking care of that that stuff. I was hoping for a better star. Didn't happen......

My new Rogue
I called Brenner Nissan and spoke to Lionel Dolphin and explained to him what type of new car I was looking for, we set up an appointment and I came to Brenner Nissan on Thursday and met with Lionel. This man is the greatest salesman I have ever encountered. His concerns with what I was looking for, his friendliness and his know all about the dealership was very impressive. After some searching he found me a car I fell in love with and was in my price range. When he called me on Friday and said I could pick up the car he just made my day. He made things work so he could put me in that car. Picked up my Rouge on Saturday with a big smile on my face. Thank you so much Lionel you are a wonderful salesman and I would recommend you to anyone.

Collision Center
We have taken our 2005 Honda Odyssey to Brenner's Collision Center twice in the last few years. During our most recent visit we dealt with Mr. James Dietrich. Mr. Dietrich was kind, courteous and thorough, and guided us through the repair process. The vehicle was done on time, at the agreed upon price, and the work was excellent. Brenner dealt directly with our insurance company and the claims and payment processes were simple. No one wants to have an experience with a body shop, but it's good to know that when it is necessary that there is a food option for great customer service. Thank you.

My Rogue
I went to Nissan on Carlisle Pike back in Nov 2014, where I met Todd Shellenberger. I didn't really plan or expect but I was able to purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue. OMG, I LOVE it. I waited til I had some snow to drive in before I wrote my review. I am super happy and every day I get in with a smile. By far my favorite vehicle ever. Thank you Todd and Nissan for making this happen. Right now I just cant wait for warmer weather to make it shine!! And take some road trips!!
