Service department is not trust worthy. They will suck every penny out of your pockets possible. Had vehicle in for State inspection and they required me to have wiper blades replaced. Not normally a problem but 3 months earlier I had them install brand new blades and they were perfect at time on inspection. When I mentioned this to the service advisor my comment was brushed off. The extra 50 bucks they made cost them a loyal customer who goes above and beyond for the maintenance on his vehicles.
