Took my car to have oil change. Sutliff screwed up the skid plate under the car. Took it to sutliff to fix and oil change. Fixed the screw issue but not the oil change.

No driver to take me to work. They didn't wash my car and it was parked far from door when I went to pick it up. Charged me for diagnostic and said had to order a part but the problem with my light was fixed. Miscommunication.
