Service without service

Made a appointment to specifically have a transmission service. Drove 150 miles Sat there for three hours. When they came to me with my keys they said they did not have time to service the transmission. They changed the oil did a Check on the car and said I should spend 4000 grand to fix all kinds of things that did not need fixing as I service this car regularly. Will never come to this rip off place again They are after your money folks. They said the transmission service would be 995 dollars ! What a rip off ! Battery change 450 dollars !!!!!

GM only cares about showing his power - not about customer service at all. They scam you on the bank loans! BEWARE!! I will NOT buy again- EVER.

D PATRICK WON'T SELL ME A NEW CAR FOR CASH .

I LOCKED IN A 2021 VW ID4 ONLINE . THEN I WENT TO D PATRICK TO SIGN THE CONTRACT TO LOCK IN THE PRICE AND I WAS TOLD I WAS GOING TO BE STRUNG ALONG AROUND 90 DAYS AND I WON'T BE ABLE TO SGN THE PAPERWORK UNTIL THE CAR GETS TO THE DEALERSHIP . I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY DEALERSHIP THAT WANTED TO STRING YOU ALONG AND NOT LOCK IN YOUR PRICE WITH A CONTRACT . I AM ASHAMED OF D PATRICK AND EVERYONE WHO WAS INVOLVED IN THIS MATTER . SADLY FOR D PATRICK THEY WOULD RATHER LOSE THE SALE OF A NEW VW ID4 THEN DO BUSINESS WITH THE HONESTY AND INTEGRITY OF LOCKING IN THE PRICE WITH A WRITTEN CONTRACT . I HAVE CONTACTED THE VW DEALER OF LOUISVILLE KY AND THEY TOLD ME THAY ARE WILL TO GIVE ME A WRITTEN CONTRACT FOR THE MSR PRICE . I AM MOVING MY PURCHASE OF MY ID4 TO THE LOUISVILLE VW DEALESHIP WHERE I WILL BE DEALT WITH WITH THE HONESTY AND INTEGRITY OF A WRITTEN CONTRACT . SADLY I HAVE TO DRIVE 2 HOURS AWAY TO GET THE HONESTY AND INTEGRITY THAT D PATRICK SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME BUT FALLED TO DO . I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE WASTE THERE TIME GOING TO D PATRICK THE WAY I WASTED MY TIME GOING THERE .

Waste of time

First off I scheduled an appointment to look at a car the availability was confirmed. Got a call to confirm the appointment while I was headed to the dealership. Get there and they say they sold the car at auction then proceeded to put me into something that was barely running. Horrible experience!!!! Drove an hour away and wasted my time and money just to get a bait and switch tactic.

Trading 2017 Jaguar

Came in to trade for Porsche 911, and ended up buying AMG GTS. Joe Azzarello did a great job trading with me. Very good experience on this deal. Would recommend Joe to anyone. Regards, Greg Kempf

Had one of our BMWS in twice for issues and service...

Had one of our BMWS in twice for issues and service advisors insisted that no problems were found. Our son is an employee at the dealership and he figured out the the problem before the “master techs” could. Simply scanning codes on the DME he found the problem. Should have been done the first time around

Lacking

bought my 2008 Ford Focus back in early September. I feel they took advantage of my desperate situation of needing a new car, and gave me less for my trade in than everyone else had offered. As the 45 day mark approached for my temp tags, I called them up and asked where my title information was. They said they had sent out the paperwork late, but it would be there soon. The paperwork did eventually arrive however it was missing most of the documents I needed. I went back to the dealership and asked if I could have the documents to go get my tags. After stalling for about 45 minutes, they came out and said that they had misplaced the title paperwork and that they would have to reorder it from the state. I asked if they could extend my temp plates until the new paperwork came in. They said, and I quote, "you should continue driving on expired plates and if you get pulled over, we can do the best we could to help you out with the ticket." Once I told them that was not going to work and I needed something immediately, they reluctantly got me a rental. Once my title paperwork came in I went to the BMV and was charged a $15 late fee for allowing the temp tags to expire. I went back to the dealership and said that since it was their screw up that caused the plates to expire, I needed to be reimbursed. They said they would have it in a day or two and would be issued by check, as they did not carry petty cash. After a week of zero contact from them, I go back in person, once again explain everything, upon which time they handed me $15 in cash. The same cash they could not hand me a week prior. This entire experience was completely unnecessary. This dealership has made numerous excuses, dragged their feet and tried to pass the additional costs on to me for their poor handling of my purchase.

Terrible customer service in service department

I will be taking my car somewhere else. Bad customer service in the service department. Usually good but actually the worst experience I’ve had at a service department
