Very disappointed.
Very disappointed. What was once a class experience turned poor at best. $265 for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation for my 19 CT6. Thought must’ve been a mistake. Confirmed on pick up. Used to get a loaner, no longer as I didn’t purchase there, although I’ve had my Cadillacs serviced there for years. Not only did I pay an obscene price, the stickers were not placed neat and old sticker and grease all over the window. Took it back to get cleaned up and was told I’d need to stop back another day 8-4, as all their tools were locked up at 4:50. It’s a scraper and a towel. To add fuel to the fire the oil change indicator wasn’t even reset. Never again. I’ll be much happier at Firestone. Convenient and 1/3 the cost.

I’ve read 22 reviews and all of them gave a 5 star review. It’s very hard to believe that no one is dissatisfied. My last 2 experiences were horrible. I was charged 10 times ( literally) more for each part I purchased at Rohrich Cadillac. One part was a headlight bulb which listed for around $60.00 which I was charges $300,00 for, and a tail light module listed for $25.00 that I was charged $259.00 for. The labor for one parts installation was $50.00 for 1 half hour and $130.00 an hour for the other part. Big time rip off artists. They can charge as much as they want and get away with it. This review probably won’t be posted because it’s not 5 stars. I will never go Rohrich again for anything.

Chuck Lucci jr and sr. Are so friendly and accommodating. Gil in customer service did a complementary detail and delivery as are oil change apt was changed. Looks great! We are repeat customers and have been coming for years. Great staff. Great service. Great cars.
