Beware!

Beware! We brought in our Dodge Ram 2500 with a small lifter tick on our 6.4 liter HEMI. We were placed in a loaner truck. Our warranty company sent a new motor to be put in (Head Start warranty) the adjusters had pictures before and after. It was obvious the engine was NOT repaired and it came out on a tow truck from their shop ( no charge for the tow OF COURSE) with huge loud banging knocks. And the tech admitted well I’m not certified in Dodge just Ford! I say beware the worst experience of our life. Also the loaner broke and they never returned our personal belongings. Also they said to us if you can spend $2500 for exhaust manifold this would not happen! Per Dodge that is incorrect beware!! After it was inspected it’s learned that no new parts were put in our $25000 truck and documents showing it!

Nice person from dealership negotiated a deal with me on

Nice person from dealership negotiated a deal with me on a vehicle. I wanted it my wife did not. Ha ha. I did not get car but not the fault of Carson Ford. Can’t remember guys name but nothing wrong with his work ethics and response to my inquiries.

transmission service on 2005 ford freestyle 2015

charged my wife $2000 to fix cvt transmission lasted about a week and had same problem wife told them to do something different to fix they did same thing transmission not working. they stated problem with car was inherent. they kept the money. Not a source of wanted us as a customer for life as they like to advertise.

Great people

The employees were all very kind and the salesman was not pushy. It was a great buying experience and I am pleased with my new car! I would recommend Carson to any of my friends or family.

no communication

sent a email about an offer on a truck, waited about a couple of days & heard nothing. sent another email & waited a week & nothing. sent another e-mail & they responded saying they sold the truck. never gave me a chance.

2000 Chevy 2500

I emailed the dealer and said i was interested in a truck that they put on cars.com & would like to make an offer. They got back to me the next day and asked what i would offer. I gave my offer & never heard back from the dealer. Yes the offer was a few thousand less than they were asking but thats negotiating. I sent them the offer again and still didn't hear back. They must sell too many vehicles.
