Everyone was really nice and helped me quickly and efficiently. I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2014 and have been having it serviced @ Susanville Ford since. Haven't had a problem at all with the sales people or the service people..

Great deal, nice sales and finance people. Drove 3 hours from Sacramento to get this Escape because of the price and financing package. Awesome vehicle! Drive is so smooth and quiet, found myself cruising at 85 without realizing. Great gas mileage - 2 hrs at freeway speed, and 2 hrs climbing to over 7000 ft: 26.2 mpg. Love it.

Great service and friendly employees.

The salesman was great to work with. He was knowledgeable about the product. He showed us different things that we would need to know about the truck. Overall it was a great experience.

Great Service and customer care

Once again the service was great. I drive from Sparks, NV to have my truck serviced there. The service department always works to get me out in a timely fashion. The service advisor went over everything with me prior to paying for the service. Also went out of their way to look up information on tires for me. And the added bonus was having the truck washed. I will be continuing to bring my truck to Susanville Ford for service.

Great service

I arrived at the dealership 5 minutes before my oil change/tire rotation appointment and as soon as I walked in the door I was immediately taken care of. I waited in the show room while they serviced my F-150. 50 minutes later the same service counter person who first greeted me, actually walked over to tell me my truck was ready to go. As we walked back to the service department he explained everything they checked during the service. I was in and out in a hour. Great!

Wonderful local service

Pleasant with no pushing. Test drive was great. Showing me all the dashboard features more than once too really helped and sync of phone wasabi get plus.

Everyone at Susanville Ford is very helpful, they go out of their way to get you what you want if theres a problem they work diligently to make it right no matter how long it takes, They are there with you & for you until the issue is solved. Making an appointment & taking your wehicle in for service is so easy. The people in the Service Dept. are very helpful & they listen to what your telling them about your vehicle.It's a pleasure dealing with them.
