I drove down to the dealership to see a CPO Jeep Grand Cherokee they had on the lot and ended up leaving with a great deal on a brand new one and they got me out of my tough situation with a lease I was in. Claire was absolutely wonderful. She made the whole process so seem less, understood my concerns and budget, and worked with the sales manager to make it happen. Claire, the sales manager, and finance rep. stayed late for us and had a great positive attitude the entire time. No pressure was put on us and we felt extremely comfortable. They couldn’t get the car detailed that night but Claire made sure to get it cleaned up and ready as best as possible and promised a full detail the next day. It was completely worth the drive down to Buhler!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from their Inventory. I had an issue with a check engine light after the purchase. I returned back to the Dealership to inquire about having the vehicle serviced to make any necessary repairs to shut the light off. Within minutes the vehicle was in the Service Dept, analyzed and set up for repair. No haggling, no arguing, just total commitment to Customer satisfaction. Stay away from this car dealership , promise a payment to check the credit and then change the numbers, I do not recommend Save time and money

Went in because of a call i recieved from a woman 1 week prior saying that since i had a jeep that was being shopped for could i come in they would make it worth my while. I was on a buyout and 1st yr into loan at this point and didn't think they had right number. I called jeep since lady's call back # was inaudible and figured they would know. Turns out wasn't them but i told them i was looking to get out if possible for a car more affordable . Ron said come on in and said Bob will help. Bob was our salesperson 1st time around so he knew what we had and i said i'll take whatever you got that makes it less on my pocket. Took several hrs ( paperwork and they were backed up ) but bob was keeping eye on things and talked about car and was explaining delay so it was understandable. Found a 2018 jeep compass in $ range no $$ down and had pick of 3 colors ( chose graphite ) . Bob even helped take my stuff out of old car which was nice of him. He's a good guy with a geniuine sense of what is needed and does what he can to get you on right track. Would send anyone needing a friendly and knowledgable person his way. Thanks Bob ;)

I came in looking for a 2018 white Jeep altitude and after coming in to test drive it with Brendan I couldn’t wait to purchase one. Unfortunately, there were no more on the lot and Brendan saw that one was coming in and took the time to let me know. This is my first lease and I was not expecting it to go as smooth and be as easy as it was with Brendan. He was so helpful, reliable, and very professional. I definitely will be recommending him and be a returning customer!!
