Had a great experience with Evan Packer, he was pleasant and knowledgeable about the Elantra we were leasing. Would work with him again. We were satisfied with the deal we got on the new lease.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. I took my Genesis in for service as it was making noises. They told me it would cost $16000. I paid the money and received paperwork detailing the alledged work done. I drove out of dealership and car was mnaking the same loud thumps, grinding, etc. I called numerous and finally got service writer on phone after 40 calls when i called froim my girl friends phone. He said he would go back and look at the bill and call me on monday which oif course he did not. I went up there and stood in front of his desk and when he looked up, he looked like he did not know what to say and said when i bring in for inspection he have looked and taken care of. I brought in for inspection and he said it would cost another 6000 to fix. I read the reviews after tha fact and wish i had read them before hand. They do not give a gee whiz about anybody. All they want to do is seperate you from your money . And of course i did not receive the survey, they made sure of that. That was smart of them, i would have give them 1's accoss the board because they are completely lacking in any capacity to do business in fair manner. They are morally bankrupt, completely lacking in empathy and moral fiber . The Service writer wrote up work on the second estimate , i had already paid for on the first estimate. Take your car to Doyl;estown, Conshohocken, ANYWHERE

We're sorry to hear about this experience at our dealership. We understand how frustrating it is when you pay a lot of money for service only for the same problems to persist. This is not the level of professionalism or customer service we wish to provide. Please don't hesitate to contact us directly at (886)-785-1984 and ask for a manager. - Ciocca Hyundai of Quakertown

I took you guys to small claims court, and I lost because I did not qualify as an expert and i did not have an expert witness. I actually expected to lose. But I will not lose in the court of common pleas. When I questioned your tech about the fact he did the diagnostic road test in the parking lot, as per the work order(It's absurd to even put those words in the same sentence (Road Test, Parking Lot. LOL!!!) Since i told Ciocca's insurance company, (who the attorney worked for) about the parking lot road test, They put together an answer that is not going to play well in the higher court. His testimony when questioned about the parking lot road test, was "he put it on the lift to do a diagnostic road test to isolate the noises". I asked him if he thought that was an effective methodology, as the car does not have it's weeight resting on the suspension traveling on a road surface at variable speeds 25mph, 35 mph, 55, 65, etc He seemed to think it was, Well, it did not sound right to me, and I worked at Nissan for 17 years . I talked with Hyundai. Not only is that against Hyundai's maintenance and repair procedure, it is also completely not allowed, in Hyundai's own words "Running a car suspended on a lift is completely ineffective way to diagnose mechanical issues because issues involving braking, suspension, alignment, and everything related to it would absolutely not be apparent to the tech., This type of mechanical diagnosis is DANGEROUS, and LAZY. Those are Hyundai Corporation's own words. Btw, not only is it a Hyundai certification subject question, it's actually in the owner's manual. Look it up, because this time I have my own expert witnesses, both of whom have a combined 34 years of experience working for Hyundai and Kia. They both concluded that after looking at the car and repair order, the original work as described on the repair order was not performed as described because, simply put it was not diagnosed, so it was not completed. The actual diagnosis that should have happened was not done and the issues were not revealed to the tech until the state inspection. You know the one where you have to actually drive the car?. Ciocca Hyundai took $17000. of my money, did not repair the car because they did not know what the issues were, because the car was not properly diagnosed And then told me it was going to be another 6000. This time I have an attorney who is a specialist in Auto repair fraud, two expert witnesses, and this time I am not seeking the magisterial court cap of 12000, it is going to be considerably more. AS they say in the old country , see ya in Court!!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, I wish I had found this site prior to purchase. I leave this review as a strong caution to what I felt was an incredible level of deception, delay and denial. I purchased a Jeep Gladiator with less than 18k miles on it and within 74 hours of purchase and less than 50 miles of driving, I experienced the Jeep DEATH WOBBLE. If you have not heard of this google and watch a video, it's called the DEATH WOBBLE for good reason (no exaggeration). I emailed the salesperson and received a reply from the manager Dan. The FIRST email reply from Dan should have been an indication of how little he seemingly cares about the customers. The reply email felt very deceptive, telling me that Jeeps have a stiff suspension and it could be his word "normal". I felt this was an attempt to deceive me so that I would go away. When I replied that I have owned Jeeps, was concerned that he would make such a bold assessment without being in the Jeep when it happened, and that it absolutely was not "normal", his reply was that he also owned Jeeps and admitted that this can happen. So, you know this is possible, yet your first email is to tell me its "normal"? If a vehicle you just sold has such a safety issue and your FIRST response is that it is "normal" that is a huge red flag for me regarding how this dealership may be run and it should be for you too. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM Ciocca Hyundai in Lansdale. I'll spare all the remaining details of the multiple emails exchanged over many weeks, yet I will summarize: Multiple emails to Dan were ignored with no response (delay), requiring additional follow up emails from me. When I did get replies, ZERO acceptance of any responsibility, Dan just cut and paste empathetic word salads where he would say he "wants to make it right" but never committing to saying yes to covering the cost (deny). I even asked for a very direct yes/no answer on covering the cost, and he would not reply yes or no, more word salad of "let's see"....what's wrong....what Jeep says (delay). If you "want to make it right", commit to covering the repairs! He expected me to drive an unsafe vehicle to a partner dealership in Flemington, NJ which was over an hour away. No offer of getting it there, no offer of setting the appointment, nothing. It was all on me the customer to make the effort. My last email to Dan simply asked that the Flemington location review 9-11 key things in the suspension that can cause the DEATH WOBBLE and give me a written report these things were physically inspected along with the specifications. Not an unrealistic request, particularly with the unsafe nature of a Jeep DEATH WOBBLE. That email has gone without a reply (deny/delay) If you are reading this, please take caution. I experienced a very serious safety issue within 3 days of a vehicle purchase, and I felt the manager Dan was completely deceptive, evasive and unwilling to accept responsibility. The vehicle did not meet the minimum merchantability requirements yet zero accountability.

We're sorry to hear about your recent experience at our dealership, Ron. We understand how frustrating it is when you buy a pre owned vehicle and experience issues with it shortly after purchase. Unfortunately, Jeep Gladiators have a solid front axle, so when going over large bumps or changes in terrain at a higher rate of sped can cause the wobble you described. We suggested taking your vehicle to our CDJR dealership in Flemington because if we were to service the vehicle, whatever repairs that may have been necessary would not have been covered under any warranty. We understand that no appointment was made, but we still invite you to make that appointment and have them inspect the front axle and suspension components, with the hope of your repairs being covered under warranty with them. If you have any other problems, don't hesitate to contact Danny. - Ciocca Hyundai of Quakertown

Car was in the shop for 30 minutes. The labor charge was for an hour and a half until I questioned it. I got them down to 1 hour and even that was too much. Be very careful with their labor charges in the end, I saved more than $100. I am a senior female, don’t let them take advantage of you!

Excellent first time experience and it's all due to Phil Rotzell, I was so much looking forward to driving away that day with a new car, Phil helped me narrow down to one single car (between two), he answered all my questions and worked hard in getting those new keys into my hands, he also went above and beyond in getting my car home! I leased a 2025 Kona SEL (Denim Blue) THANK YOU PHIL!
