Worked with Debbie who is like a friend. She was able to find the “baby bronco” of our dreams and was very communicative even after our in person visit. John the sales manager was great to work with as well!

I would like to share my experience with the dealership.

I would like to share my experience with the dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them, but I have encountered difficulties in receiving service and assistance. It appears that I am no longer welcome at the dealership, despite still being a customer. I have reached out to Ford corporate to address my concerns regarding the situation. Unfortunately, my experience with both the sales and service departments has not met my expectations. I have hired a lawyer to go after the dealership as well as ford. Stay clear or they will scam you too!

Fast and friendly service!

Fast and friendly service! Jessica was great to work with and located my Bronco Sport Heritage quickly. She made sure, with Charlie’s assistance that all of my needs were met and I pulled out of the lot with the car of my dreams. Thank you!

They’re the best you could hope for from a dealership, supporting you from the moment you make your choice to the moment you drive away in your new car. Unlike many other dealerships, they never pressure you to buy, and they’re 100% transparent, always willing to provide any information you need before making a purchase. Gerry is the man!

Gerry is the man! Made the process easy and I consistently come back to Tom’s Ford because of him. My family is a customer because of Gerry. Love my new truck and love it even more because it came from Gerry!
