Had horrible experience here. Repaired shifter slipped ,now misaligned with letters, numerals again. Gauges back lighting out now. Hood unsecured. Couldn't get sales interested in me.

BHF staff went above and beyond. Everyone I came in contact with was awesome, even from the time I walked in the door. Lucas was amazing to deal with. I do live a little ways away from the dealership so we did pretty much everything through the phone. When I got there, everything was spot on with the paperwork and I was in and out within an hour. I also traded in a heavily modified vehicle, which they gave me a very fair offer on it. The only little hiccup was there was a small issue with the truck and they had it sorted out within 48 hours. I've been a long time Toyota/Lexus customer, this was my first Ford purchase, I will only be going to BHF in the future. Thanks for everything and enjoying my (new to me) Ford Raptor its fullest!

I came to Justin for a question about my lease. I was having issues with a dealership in Indy giving me the runaround. I saw a cute car in the showroom and Justin worked his magic so fast, I walked out with it that day! I ended up with more car for MUCH less money and the comfort in knowing I was in good hands. I will never go out of town to a bigger dealership again. I will continue to stay local where I know I’m getting the best deal and best service.
