Great salesperson and service

The service was great. It was my first time purchasing and I didn't feel i was being harassed. It was a great experience. No long wait, i was out quickly driving my new outlander??

Unsatisfied with outcome.

The sale person was fake and gave incorrect information regarding the overall sale. I called after I purchase my car about the incentive such as oil change, rotation of tires and car wash, and was told only one oil change because the car is used wow that was a shocker, my coworker inform me that he purchase a car one year old and was given full incentive service, I ask myself how is that possible. At the time of purchase I was given one key, and was told if I wanted a second pair of keys I would have to purchase them on a 2016 why, I arguing to get what I wanted, that is wrong. My advice to everyone that goes there is to beware of dealer that sugar coat you with a smile is all fake and as also the business personal. I also suggest to be very carefully read over the contract the $199.00 is optional, but they forget to tell you that and have you sign, I had to go back to have it removed also the documentary fee is extremely high!

I'm sorry you feel that why. However our pre-owned program is on top of every sales desk and printed on the vehicle stickers. All of our pre-owned with the exception of those sold AS-IS come with 1 year of oil changes and tire rotations limited to 3 for the year. Great experiebce

We've got what we needed for the reasonable price, This is our 6th or 7th Mitsubishi car bought at this dealership. The stuff is knowledgeable and friendly. Andrzej Wojdakowski answered all our questions very professionally.. Will recommend this dealership to my friends.

Excellent, fast service...genuine people

Salesperson Matthew Zezza and finance manager Ira Lustbader were professional, courteous, and genuine people. The transparency and cooperation I received here made it one of the best experiences at a dealership I have ever had. My next vehicle will come from here.

Super Clean Car As Advertised

Being an out of state customer I was hesitant at first to look at cars not in my local area. I was in search of a gently used 2016 Chrysler 300S in a particular color and this turned out to be the only one around. Jeff was great and was communicating with me via text for about a week prior to my actually seeing and ultimately purchasing the car. I looked at a TON of 300s and have to say this was the cleanest car I looked at. I decided I was buying it before the test drive. We came back negotiated a little and came to a fair price. All in all it was an east process for buying a car. I left my house in Suffolk County on Long Island around 8:30am and was home by 3:00pm done and satisfied. Not bad considering it takes about that much time just to come to a price here on the Island.
