I was skeptical when I first visited Bell Mitsubishi - but I have to tell you these guys were great from the start. Don Paterno, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He wasn't pushy and his approach was right on the money. He brought in the owner, Jim Haskell, who was also great. Honest, up-front, approach that wasn't at all irritating like I'm used to with Nissan and Honda since I've bought from them before. They gave me the absolute best price - and even had someone drive to upstate NY to get me the car I wanted in the color I wanted. All ready to go in a day's time. Their GM - Dan - was also great. He was on top of the whole process and kept me posted along the way. I wasn't waiting around in the dealership for hours for the leasing manager - IRA - who was also great - they had me out of there in LESS THAN AN HOUR. The car is working out great - I got a Mitsubishi Outlander ES - 2017. Roomy, peppy and still haven't killed my first tank of gas and drove nearly 400 miles already. If you want the hassle and you want to be bs'd by some guy who's simply out to pick your pockets, these guys aren't for you. But if you want an honest approach - with a true team of professionals - then give them a try. The cars are nice - but the staff at Bell is even better than the product they sell. I'll be back in 24 months when my lease expires for sure.
