Write a reviewDONT BELIEVE THE ONLINE PRICE! I was looking at a car on their website, price clearly marked. When I asked for an out the door price it was thousands of dollars more. They gave me some xx story about how the price listed was MSRP minus the Hyundai rebate. The website didn’t say anything about the rebate, just the price of the car. Don’t trust them on fees either. Trust me, I did my homework on the added on fees. They will tell you the fees are set by the state and are mandatory, that’s just not true. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealer!

This dealership is fraudulent, they gave me my car back, jimmy rigged and in unsafe conditions. The service department, staff, management(Alex) included, the head of all departments, need to be fired and sent to customer relations school!! The management of Wright/Hyundai dealership, allowed the technician, to damage my brand new battery, by drilling a screw into one of the battery post, both the battery terminals weren't secured, but loose and moving all around, which could've lead to my car stalling,a fire and an accident!!! Never was I informed of this, they just gave me my car back. The technician, also broke brackets within my engine, my car was smoking when I started it up, the oil stick compartment, is bent and when I addressed these issues, the service manager (alex) and head of all departments, got indignant and offered me no compensation. The agent( kristin), whom I feel is racist, lied on me, in an attempt to cover up the unprofessional conduct, of the service department. IF I could post the pics and footage, I would. I didn't pay all tht money, for a starter, for this dealership to "JIMMY RIG" my car, very unprofessional and very unacceptable!!! I would have been better off, watching YouTube or asking google, on how to replace a starter and did it myself. I don't give this dealership, one star, they're horrible, unprofessional and think it's acceptable to "JIMMY RIG", a customer vehicle, after over charging for repairs!!! The way tht my car was returned to me, also shows this dealership, lack of care for the safety of the customers and that's extremely alarming!!! I guess they believed, because I'm not a resident of PA, tht they could get away with "JIMMY RIGGING" and "DAMAGING ", my car, because I don't reside in their state.

I had a very negative experience at this dealership's service department. My wife took our 2-year-old Hyundai Tucson, with only 26,000 miles on it, in for a simple oil change. The service advisor returned with a list of 'strongly recommended' repairs and services totaling over $1,700. Among the recommendations was a full set of new tires, despite the original tires being rated for 50,000 miles. When my wife expressed skepticism, the service advisor reportedly told her that modern tires 'don't get nearly the mileage they are rated for.' This excuse feels like a transparent attempt to sell unnecessary products. We also questioned several other recommendations on the list that seemed premature for a car with such low mileage. This visit felt like an attempt to take advantage of a customer by pressuring them into paying for services they don't need. I would advise anyone to be cautious and to get a second opinion before approving any major repairs suggested here.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, Jhelisek2004. We strive for transparency and honesty in our service recommendations, so it's concerning to read this feedback. If you'd like to share further details, please send us an email to [email protected].
Cory in the service department always goes out of his way to help. Plus, when my last car had an oil consumption problem, the dealership went out of their way to help me and replaced the engine in a short period of time. I highly recommend Wright Hyundai .

I had leased three cars from this dealer and I ended buying my last car. 2019 Sonata, Which I am buying now. Now I will say I really liked this dealer ship. Finance people were always great and so were the sales people. And Corey in service is excellent. Until recently when I brought my car in to get a repair with the collision dept is where it all started. About a week ago. The people were nice, I went to pick up my car it snowed the day before, so I brushed off my car and to my surprise the paint came off! The repair had nothing to with area where the paint came off it is a completely different area. My car is a 2019 with a little over 25k miles. I showed the guy at the counter he came out and took a picture he did say there was paint recall. Take the your car to service. The service dept is just down the street so I go there and ask to speak to the manager whose name is Kevin, he took a picture of the hood which is were the paint started to bubble, my vin number and mileage. And said he would need to send the info and file a claim wasnt sure if they were accepting them and he would get back to me. And that I may have to go to another Hyundai which didnt make sense to me because I purchased the car from that dealer. I gave him my phone number didnt hear from Kevin. I left a few messages no return call. In the mean time I called Hyundai customer service number filed my own claim. They did call me back and advised that they would email Hyundai to escate the claim. Because they needed the pictures that were take in the mean time nothing from Kevin no return call. I did leave Kevin a message with my claim number asking him to send the picures. A day or so later I was able to reach Kevin the manager for the service dept and advised him that they just needed the pictures that he had taken along with the mileage, vin etc. Because I had a claim number which I did give him. In the meantime, the rep called me from Hydaui customer service advising they heard back from the Wexford office by email advising they dont do paint claims! When I just spoke to the manager Kevin advising he would send them the info to complete the claim the same day. In essence there were two different responses from the same office. So, I tried again and I called sales and explained everything that happened with the email response and Kevin the guy transfers me back to Kevin's voicemail for what! I was looking for clairity on the process because at this point no one was helpng me!!. It was nothing but the run around which completely shocked me. No one wanted to take the time to help me or give me any sound direction. Especially after three leases and then buying my car from there. I had to go to another dealer who was kind enough to process my claim. It really saddens me that there was absolutly no customer loyalty with that dealer ship at all. Apparently no one knew what was going and it was all at expense of my time. It just sad. So needless to say I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Wright Hyundai in Wexford is the most unethical and unprofessional car dealership I have ever dealt with. When I first discussed a price for a 2023 Santa Fe calligraphy I told the salesperson I wanted to the price at no more than $41,000 to $42,000. We went into the office & he talked to the sales mgr & came back with $42,927. I said that was too high. He then told me he would get it down to $42,500 and would I accept that price. I told him that yes I would accept his offer of $42,500. Then the next day when I came in to sign the contract they had put the price back up to $42,927. They didn’t even tell me that they did that, I just happened to notice it. I told the finance person & he in turn called in the sales mgr. The sales mgr came in the office, did not even say hello, he simply said “I will not honor the $42,500 price that the sales person gave you”. Extremely rude! He did some things on his computer and then said “I will give you a price of $42,750”. He would take a whole $177 off of the $42,927 to make it $42,750. As if he is doing me a favor by taking $177 off the $42,927 price. I said, again, that the salesperson agreed to sell me the car at a price of $42,500 and I expect it to be honored. He said “NO” and that he was going to tear up the contract. I told him fine and that I could not believe they would not honor the agreement that their salesperson & I made. I would give them a negative “10” if I could!

First, we'd like to apologize for any internal miscommunication that led to this. We do price all of our new and used vehicles aggressively compared to our market, and we are sorry we could not come to an agreement on the Santa Fe price.
You never once hinted at an apology when I was in the office. So why would I accept one now? Just the opposite-you were rude, unprofessional & unethical-especially the sales mgr. Your salesperson told me the car was mine for $42,500. And, I have a witness to the fact that he told me he would sell the suv to me at that price. Yet you raised the price without enough telling me.- I had to find out on my own when you were preparing the contract. Very underhanded.
Service department No one answers the phone ever. I went into the service department to schedule an appt because if no one answering the phone. I don’t appreciate the way I was treated. I didn’t get the man’s name. He was tall with dark hair. He told me it would be a month out for an appt. I asked him why it takes so long to get an appt. He said that all Hyundai dealers are like this. I told him that I love my car but I’ll never buy another Hyundai because of this. I scheduled an appt for the beginning of January and told him that by then I will have probably have gone somewhere else except for the recall. He could have cared less. I wouldn’t be buying another Hyundai.

Palisade engine caught on fire. Escaped with my toddler in the dark and pouring rain on a major highway. Thank GOD for an off duty Officer that literally saved our lives. Google Palisade engine and oil loss problems. DO NOT buy a Palisade! I only had 20k miles before engine blew up. Wright Service snapped at me and told me I had to wait 6 weeks and said it was my fault anyway. Yes! It was my fault for buying anything from a Wright dealership. FU

Lucky - Again, we're sorry that you had the issue with the Palisade. Unfortunately, every once in a great while this has happened to EVERY vehicle manufacturer. We're glad that you and your toddler are OK. Also, we have limited control on how many techs are available to hire and the amount of work that we can run through our service department safely. If we could get you in sooner, we absolutely would.
Thanks for your understanding and civility. We DO take your feedback seriously...and we DO realize that was a terrible thing to go through. Glad you have someone looking into it an helping you, and we're also here to help if need be in that regard.
Understood and I agree it’s hard to hire, etc. Not your fault about the Palisade,, as you didn’t build it yourself, BUT there is a major flaw on A LOT of them. If the police, tow truck and attorney there all knew about it, there’s a problem; Google and there are complaints all across the country. BTW..people are horrible these days, so I don’t blame Corey for snapping at me when I called, but I’m super nice and just asked what I was supposed to do without a car for 6 weeks. Any advice would’ve been nice that’s all. I wish you all the best, but I wrote a check for 43,000 to be escaping a newer car in the rain and dark on busy Perry Highway a couple of years later. We almost lost our lives running on the road, but we are ok and I’m thankful for my attorney who will handle the rest.
Thank you. Happy Thanksgiving
My 4-month-old 2023 Hyundai Kona N Line, at 1700 mi., had an oil gasket leak and told it was a MONTH before they could even get my car in. Wright Hyundai Service Department's treatment was infuriating and beyond frustrating. Day of appointment told that they probably wouldn't even GET to my car that day and they didn't. It was an extra day and returned to me and problem was worse. Fixed it finally on the 3rd day, missed my appointments. My solution, got rid of a new car and never do business with them again.
