I purchased a 2017 Silverado in Sept 2025 for 23900 with

I purchased a 2017 Silverado in Sept 2025 for 23900 with 64k on it and a 90 day dealer warranty not a third party. Six weeks later I had to replace front brakes . I called Ben at R&R and told him about the brakes and the trans was not shifting correctly. He said they wouldnt do anything about the brakes but would look at the trans. I live an hour away and told him i would have it looked at locally. The trans got worse and i made a service appointment before the end of the warranty period.The first available appointment was a week after the warranty expired.They charged me 165.00 to look at it and said the trans was shot and the warranty was expired and it would be 6600.00 to repair it. This was a dealer warranty and i received no paperwork other than line item on my pink slip stating there was a 90 day warranty. The sales manager John Smith was rude and arrogant as well as Robert Rinaldi the president of R&R.They were quick to take my money for the vehicle but did not want to stand behind what they sold.They didn't offer any help with the repair. I had it towed to a shop an hour away.This dealership was the worst i have ever dealt with.

As I have said many times in the past I choose to buy our

As I have said many times in the past I choose to buy our vehicles and have them serviced at R and R. We have been customers since 1993 and have purchased at least 13 vehicles at R and R. They treat your fairly and always give you a fair deal. Tried other dealers occasionally in the past with very negative experience. If you want to be treated like family like we are by all the employees then R and R is your family dealership. Kudo’s to Bob Rinaldi, Sales Manager Johnathan, our sales GUY Mike Hummel. Service after the sale is 100 by the service dept. The very best.
