The service was good. Took more time than thought so gave me a car to drive . The buying process was not good. Sold 2 vehicles out from under me and talked me into the 1 I have after I said I wanted my jeep back and leave.

When we test drove the vehicle we were interested in and
When we test drove the vehicle we were interested in and knew we wanted the dealership was unwilling to negotiate on the price. We left. They called several times in the next week. We connected and actually agreed on a price. The night we were to go purchase the vehicle (after they did the financing paperwork and everything) they informed us the vehicle was sold and now we have nothing. Infuriating!

Feel taken advantage of.
Feel taken advantage of. Quoted ~550 for tires and asked it they could also change my oil while it was there. Ended with a bill over $1300.
