    I purchased a 2014 Chevy Equinox from this dealership. Tommy was great to deal with and went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I... had many questions and specifics I was looking for in a vehicle, he was patient and helped me sort out what would work best. The process was painless. He took the time to explain in detail what options were available and exactly what the bottom dollar was going to be, no surprises! He was a pleasure to deal with and handled all my questions professionally and quickly! I will definitely do business with this dealership again and refer my friends!     bought a chevy cruze have nothing but issues sercurity shuts off car car wont shift unless 5000 rpms its a auto matic they want the car back do ssi paper... out of date was told it was fine just get a new one which is in the mail (holiday weekend) now second time was told to bring car back first time we did they told us to take it back home they would wait second time we take it back today we want our money back we put down my dad will have no car .this is no9t the first time with this dealership my husbands truck came from them as well first week on the truck hubs brakes calibers done on it 12 months later the rear end goes out we try to buy local but this is un called for give us our down payment back and corperate has been called do done with this never again

    I?m a 10 minuet buyer and I had explained that 2 my salesman right from the start. With that being said my whole time spent was maybe a 1/2 hr. Couldn?t... be more happier with the powers team.

    We do not buy our vehicles from power but we always have them serviced there. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. We have been going there for years... and we always ask for James. Other people have come and gone in the service department but we can always depend upon James.

    I had the absolute worst time in this establishment of you could call it that. The salesmen and gm were grouped up talking didn't even a knowledge me until... I interrupted them to speak to me. Then I explained we have been given the run around by Jason a salesman and Kathy the office person for almost an entire month regarding a refund. I cancelled my warranty and gap insurance when I got out of my cruze. The companies issued the money back to this place on 2-29 and I still haven't seen a dime. All of their stories didn't even make sense but since I'm a girl the GM thought he could talk to me in a manner of disrespect. I am not welcome back (no sleep loss there) but because of my relentless questioning on where the check is all I got was insulted on my way out! Beware
