Never coming back

From out of state, bought a used car here. The very next day the engine light came on. I had to go to O'Reilly's to find out what the issue was because Power Pontiac didn't have anyone to help. Six months later, my car wouldn't start. I thought it was a dead battery. Popped the hood and there was a screw jammed in the side of the terminal end. A SCREW! Do you want to know why? I sure found out when I went to the parts store to get a new one. There's a patent on that end. You have to take it to an actual dealership to get it fixed. So apparently, Power Pontiac didn't feel the need to get it done right, they just jammed a screw in it.

I have been a customer of Power for over 6 years and my experience has always been satisfactory including this last time.


Unnecessary rudeness

Made an appointment for my Brand new truck becaues it was running rough and I wanted the oil changed. I arrived early for my secluded appointment and was told they may not have time for my truck🤔 I waited patiently and finally asked about my truck only to be sarcastically told how a technician had to be pulled from another job to work on my mine! I could understand the inconvenience if I had not made the appointment in advance!

I was already in your dealership on this 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS. I am financed and everything except for the fact that the manager called "Dave" Refuses to do his job. The asking price is $20,300.00 and I was online and got the $200.00 mark down which it comes to $20,100.00. Dave lied to me about giving me more money on my trade which is a 2017 Ford Fusion with only 29,000 miles on it. He NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT MY CAR AND WAS ONLY GIVING ME $10,000.00 ON A CAR THAT HE DIDN'T EVEN TRULY APRAISE!!!! He also lied to me saying that he gave me a lousy $300.00 off the Camaro which I already had $200.00 but only gave me $100.00 still making me pay FULL PRICE AT $20,000.00 and also lied saying that he gave me more on my trade in. I talked to my credit union first thing the next morning and the lady told him that the bill of Sales that was sent over to be financed proved that he lied to me and never gave me anything nor even cared about helping a customer who came in out of state for this Camaro. On top of that told me that I had to come up with $6,000.00 to even be able to take it home??!!!!... Seriously?!!! Your dealership should be extremely ashamed and disgusted with your employees because I have been in the car business my entire life and never ever have I ever been treated like that. I still want to purchase this Camero but your employees do not care about taking care of their customers at all in anyway. Also my Salesman never even cared about me that he took off to go help other customers while I was trying that night to go home with My New Camaro that never happened!!!

Great experience even from out of state!

My current lease was nearing the end and I had started my search for the next vehicle early on. After months of searching I finally came across the exact vehicle searching online at Power GM in East Liverpool. When I say exact, I mean the exact thing down to every last option I wanted. I happen to live out of state, but I had to have this truck. I worked with Jacob "Jake" Falkner to iron out the deal I wanted. It was an easy process as they had the exact truck I wanted, and they met the lease terms I was looking for. The paperwork that was priority over-nighted both ways (at no cost) was clearly labeled for me to complete even though I never stepped foot into the dealership. Delivery was handled out of pocket using their (and now my highly) recommended vehicle transporter. The truck was delivered far faster than I had anticipated and working with Jake was simply fantastic. He was professional through and through, and made this the smoothest leasing experience I have ever had, even better than when I leased my previous truck from my neighbor who owned their own GM Dealership. If you are in the market for a new vehicle give the team at Power Chevrolet Buick GMC the opportunity to win your business. You will not be disappointed!


worst dealership ever

Come on wouldn't you expect a dealership to return calls or answer messages not this one. I have never in my life seen a dealership or an owner of a dealership care less about customers then this one. People need to read some of these reveiws and avoid this dealership. You might get waited on if you go and buy a car but don't expect anything ever passed that point they have gm and sales managers and not one can correct anything and the owner of this dealership is worst then them and thats hard to belevie but its true. And if you ever need proof let me know can post pics and other stuff. Hope that people read and take my advise go elsewhere where owner cares about customer if you think this dealership cares ask them to speak to owner for any reason and he'll never call you answer any calls must be a real nice guy huh?
