Noticed a paint chip on door and rub marks on roof of cab. Told them about marks they gave my son whose truck it is. He got some lip service about the problems which should have been resolved with no problem. Not a way to operate a business

New 2024 Chevy Trax
Very nice and polite to us. Worked with us on decisions. Not pushy. Explained all parts of our car and what they do. I was very impressed with this dealership. I would go to them again. Anytime I want to stop in, they will wash my car for me and help me with questions if needed.

Nothing but Liars here shoppers!! I'm 56 and this is my first review ever, as I am just Livid over my experience with this dishonest staff. I was looking to purchase a 2017 grey Buick Lacrosse Essence with just under 12k (Still for sale). Pictures provided were taken in the dealership showroom and the car looked nice, as it should. My contact began with Tony Barakat per phone conversation, and he seemed to be nice and helpful over the phone. I asked him specifically about the condition of the body-paint and tires, as I live 5.5 hours away. He said the car was "like new" with no issues. We negotiated on the car and I told him I would be there Saturday 5-13-23 with cash in hand, he said he would have the car ready. My Dad and I left early and arrived when I promised Tony. It was raining so the car was inside the showroom, but no one bothered to at least dry it off, Wow! I was immediately drawn towards the driver's front fender with bad paint and body work, horrible at best! It got worse from there, as the whole driver's side had Tried to be repaired by an incompetent Body Shop. The front door actually scraped the front fender when opening! The rear quarter panel was horrible also! This was all pointed out to Tony, as he Acted clueless. He said he wasn't really that knowledgeable about cars and claimed he had no idea. He did agree that it was very bad, or course it was! Stevie Wonder could have seen this attempted cover up. Tony finally got Mark "coach" Asher to assist. What a joke that was! He was nothing but lies and blaming others. First he blamed their detail guy because he didn't say anything-Right, then he said they just got the car-Not- they have had it for sale over a month, then he said this was the first time the car has been inside-Liar-All the pictures were from inside the dealership, then he said something about buffing areas out-Wow!- We are talking about $3000+ to correct the shabby work, On and on with this guy! I was willing to Still negotiate, as I am a car guy with skills or know where to take the car for repair correctly. I told Mark we weren't even close on price anymore obviously, he said he could take a couple hundred off! I was so upset and explained everything including our 12 hour round trip, he could care less, my Dad and I kept our cool and left-horrible experience and still can't believe it happened. No attempt was made to negotiate or compensate for their dishonesty-UNREAL! My gut tells me they bought the car locally with damage, had their "body shop" screw it up and trying to pull a fast one on a customer. This is why the car shows a Clean Carfax, but it is NOT trust me! They have been aware of this and bold face lying to the consumer and Carfax. This is the reason they have had the car for 30+days. SHOPPERS BEWARE!! This experience is not worthy of a 1 star rating.
