Everything was done in a timely manner. I got to see the salesman whom sold me my vehicle. He was busy but still took the time to make sure everything was well and that I was being taken care of and was still happy with my GMC. JJ is a wonderful asset to your company. I am very happy with the whole place and the whole process. Great Job!

Charged way to much for repairs I can't believe they charged me over a thousand dollars just for the macanic to get the job done so that means he took over 10 hours to complete the job which means to me is they ain't to certified cause to put two struts on a car is way to long in my book then they charged me 32 dollars for two bolts insane I don't know anywhere two bolts cost that much and then they put my used parts back on my car the old springs and the old boots that was on my old struts just xxxxxxxx and then the customer service they have is a zero in my book all I got was a argument from them and by the way the work cost me more than the parts just got ripped off

Fantastic dealership. Straightforward, honest, easy to work with. Honest salespeople. Most importantly, they honor the prices they have posted. Didn’t excessively pressure me to purchase warranties, etc. Love my new 2025 GMC Sierra 2500! Well worth the drive from PA! Thanks for a great transaction!

I was never given a written agreement and felt purposely redirected to not be shown an actual agreement. I let that happen but still feel they skirted the ohio law. Written Contract Required: Every retail and wholesale sale must be preceded by a written agreement, note Ohio Laws (.gov).

I took my truck in for its second service. I had a few special requests and wasn?t sure if they would be able to do them. Everything was done in a timely manner. I?m still very pleased with the service.
