Service was completed timely and efficiently. The front desk employees were knowledgeable, factual and kind. There were offers of coffee, snacks etc while waiting in the waiting room. The area was well kept and seating was comfortable.

The experience began with parts who accepted my subaru.com discount (where other local dealers would not) ...As a new service customer, was quickly onboarded and offered service while I waited despite being late on a Friday before a holiday , they quickly facilitated the install of my moonroof visor, and the mechanic came out to my car , explained the installation, and answers all my questions, what more can I say, Gregoris Subaru is a great team

was somewhat disappointed with the service I received. I made an appointment and dropped my car off early in the day, but I did not get it back until 5:00 PM. I was not expecting to be without my car for the entire day, especially since I had made an appointment in advance. I’m not sure why the service took so long to complete, and I would have appreciated being given a more accurate estimate of the time it would take. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not what I expected.
