This was our first time there and the parking lot and

This was our first time there and the parking lot and entrance were difficult to find. However the service people were very helpful. We did not wait long and the whole experience was great.

This was supposed to be a multi-point inspection with

This was supposed to be a multi-point inspection with audio commentary. The recorded video I was provided was inaudible, making it useless. The checklist was incomplete. A front running light was out, but was omitted from the final report, making me wonder what else was not observed or noted. I took the car to a different auto shop.
