Awful service! I bought a brand new car w 20 miles on it from them and it broke down in the first storm with under 20,000 miles. Once I took it to the shop, they kept it for MONTH, never called with updated or answered the phone, lied when they did answer the phone, and over all could not service the vehicle they sold me less than 2 years prior. Don’t believe a word that comes from the service teams mouth. On one Monday, they said it would be done the Wednesday and then after not answering calls or returning messages, we show up at the dealership to find out it doesn’t even have an engine and still needs to be looked at for additional issues. Service manager also told me that “the car is taking so long because you went through insurance”

Mike and Bill were two great guys to deal with. The only thing is, I wish they had more of a selection of the K5 to choose from. I wish I had purchased the exact vehicle I had gotten with the Bose audio system.

Brown-Daub KIA is the place to take your KIA! No where else! They have the tools & parts to fix your car by competent people! Why go to a quick-change oil service where selling only oil, filters & air filters usually at cost slightly higher than Brown-Daub…and if you need anything else you they are not equipped to make an on-spot-repair? At Brown-Daub KIA they do it all right there!

Had a new engine installed in my Optima in January. There was a deep scratch on my rear quarter panel. They’ve promised to get it fixed. Nothing yet. First it was bad weather, then had to wait for the detail guy. Been there just for oil change. Was told I needed brakes. Took it to Midas & brakes are good. Caution..they try to get customers to buy unneeded service/products. Going to go & express my extreme disappointment. I was told that Kia is not part of the BrownDaub family. Just in name only.

Purchased our 2015 KIA Optima "new" from you, The car ran fine and we sold it to our son "his 1st car". 6 months after him owning it it started to consume oil, we tried to fix the problem with our local garage with no luck. We googled and found out KIA had a problem with there engines and then contacted Brown-daub for a appointment as we are a customer at brown -daub they did everything possible not to help us with the motor issue, struggling to understand why they wouldn't help us as we were a customer, makes no sense to me. We most likely will buy another KIA but not from this dealership.

We are so sorry that you are having a problem. We love to help everyone that we can that is our goal. we haven’t seen this car for over 3 1/2 years and around 50,000 miles so there is no history between all those years and miles. we understand you took it to your local service center but Unfortunately, your mechanic did some modifications that did not correct the problem, but knowing that we are on able to try to do anything under warranty. Again, we would love to help, but we do not control the manufactures warranty. The manufacture does if we can help in any other way please let us know you can call me direct at 610-829-3009.

I just had my 2023 Sportage in for recalls but needed remediations done within 3 days due to an impending long distance road trip. The service department was very accommodating and my vehicle was seen the day I called. My car was delivered to my house as well. I can't say enough about the dealership--Gabrielle was a great salesperson as well!

Staff lied about an engine warranty while selling me a car. My Hyundai engine completely went after 6 years and of course there are odd stipulations in engine warranty . They refuse to honor what they said, which is that the warranty will cover any engine issues . Don’t buy from these scam artists.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing the crossover Kia Niro. The salesperson Gabrielle was really good and the manager Steve was terrific. I traded in my Lexus "hybrid" RX450H with leather etc, etc but which got a mere 26 mpg for a Kia Niro which gets 56 mpg! I'm happy as a clam.

My experience with this dealership was positive from start to finish. I found a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan I was interested in on Cars.com. I got a pleasant phone call from the dealership. I then visited the dealership. I was greeted warmly by a manager who introduced me to a salesman. He retrieved the car I wanted and we went for a test drive. Upon return, we discussed the financing. No haggling on the price. It was as stated on the Website. Drove it home later that same day. I have been very pleased.
