I Origanally went in to only get a quote on what they would give me for a trade in and it ended up with me getting the new car. I highly recommend going to brown daub kia

Just left... Without a car!!! I live on the Jersey shore, I drove two hours away because we were told over the phone by Victoria The customer service chick that they can meet me at the price we wanted to pay for the car since it was priced as best offer. She said The car was originally priced in the mid-$20's (thousands), But they want it moved off the lot for an easy sale so they will take our offer at $20k, also said she didn't see a problem with giving me $4k for my trade-in and an additional $1000 off (a promotion) plus a gas card. So that's why we had drove all the way up here but..... After the test drive, finance tells us $30,000. We said no not at all and then told the sales guy everything that Victoria said and agreed to being able to get us the car for what we can afford to pay monthly. We were then told by the sales manager that customer service is not supposed to give us pricing over the phone, Because they don't have access to it and don't have the power to negotiate pricing or being able to check for possible loans (we gave her our ss#'s so we they could confirm if we could get the car at the price we wanted). So they came back with their lowest number at 27,000 with trade in, on a car that we own out right . Then they had offered to try without the trade-in and they come back with 23,000. So how can you charge me more for a trade and when I own it title in hand?? Worst car dealership ever!! We had no idea we where talking with just a customer service rep when we called to inquire about the car. We thought she was the sales lady!! We wasted over five hours of driving alone! And put on an additional 300 miles on our car! They gave us the gas cards but all that did was pay me back for the gas I put in my car to get there! The people we dealt with at the actual dealership were fine but the car is a 5 year old base model and the price of $30k is what a base model is brand new! What a total waste! Your customer service reps really need to do there job and not lie and make things up just to get me to come there! I made it very clear I did not want to drive the 150 miles there if I couldn't get the car for the price she offered and said "ok, no problem" to. I should bill her for my mileage and my time! Your finance guy said you record the phone calls. Please listen to the calls I had with her and you can hear me say exactly what I can pay and you will hear her agree to it! Don't forget about the part with her asking for mine and my husbands social security numbers! A simple "appointment setter" should NEVER take my numbers and pretend to run it to get bank offers! DO NOT believe anything they tell you over the phone. They do not have access to any car prices or negotiations. We just wasted our time and I will make sure every single person in Jersey and online know about this place. very Bad business ethics!
