Nothing but good things to say.

Nothing but good things to say. Bought my car here and have never taken it anywhere else. The service team went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Truly appreciate each and every one.

I came to purchase a new car because my prior Kia Sorento

I came to purchase a new car because my prior Kia Sorento engine was beyond repair. I wasn't keen on buying another Kia since my vehicle only had 110K miles. Fortunately, Kia now offers lifetime limited engine warranty so I felt comfortable purchasing another one.

Awful service!

Awful service! I bought a brand new car w 20 miles on it from them and it broke down in the first storm with under 20,000 miles. Once I took it to the shop, they kept it for MONTH, never called with updated or answered the phone, lied when they did answer the phone, and over all could not service the vehicle they sold me less than 2 years prior. Don’t believe a word that comes from the service teams mouth. On one Monday, they said it would be done the Wednesday and then after not answering calls or returning messages, we show up at the dealership to find out it doesn’t even have an engine and still needs to be looked at for additional issues. Service manager also told me that “the car is taking so long because you went through insurance”

Not the dealer it once was!

Not the dealer it once was! Had previously done excellent work for preventive maintenance and repairs. NOW: will not honor long-time commitment for lifetime oil changes. What else has failed? New owner/manager expects customers to keep the paperwork he threw out when taking over. Now he is "taking" the customers that once came. Not me - I'm done with Brown-Daub Kia! He will find out that it is harder to get a new customer than to keep one - and every one lost is multiplied by the bad publicity he created for himself.

Euro Sorry you feel that way. Here at Brown Daub Kia we will honor anything in writing that is due to you. We do not give free oil changes out to anyone with out a we owe. We due offer free state inspections for anyone that bought a vehicle here. We also have one of the least expensive synthetic oil changes in the valley. It is your choice if you visit us or not. We would like the right to do business with you. If you feel that is "taking" you are mistaking. If you have any questions you can call me anytime. Have a great day

How do you know I bought the car there? Do you have those records? If so, those records show the commitment made for the oil changes. Yes, it is my choice not to have my car serviced by you - made because of your failure to honor this commitment (and others?) made by Brown-Daub long before you took over. And I hope you have a great day too.

Mike and Bill were two great guys to deal with. The only thing is, I wish they had more of a selection of the K5 to choose from. I wish I had purchased the exact vehicle I had gotten with the Bose audio system.
