I wen’t to Sarant to look at a vehicle that I saw for...

I wen’t to Sarant to look at a vehicle that I saw for sale on their website. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Rob. He showed me the vehicle, introduced me to people in the shop as well. They were detailing the car so I couldn’t test drive it right away. We set up a test drive for a day he wasn’t in and Sal took me for a test drive. Both gentlemen were very helpful, explained everything with the car. Long story short, within the next few days I was picking up the car. They were great!

I'm new to Cadillac but all my Sarant Cadillac service experiences are very good. Tony was very professional and took care of the replacement part my car needed. He kept me informed by phone and called when my car was ready for pickup. May i add my car was cleaned inside and out .

Because of an upcoming emergency road trip to Florida, I...

Because of an upcoming emergency road trip to Florida, I was able to schedule a needed oil change and tire rotation for the following day. I arrived early and decided to leave my vehicle. I was contacted by the service department that the vehicle was ready and arranged payment over the phone and had the vehicle await me after service closed. The service department has always been accommodating. I was also offered a special price on the service.

I just Leased a new 2022 Cadillac Escalade Sport with the...

I just Leased a new 2022 Cadillac Escalade Sport with the must have "black Onix" package! The truck is amazing and coming from the X7 I can easily say it's the best luxury SUV on the market hands down. This is my second Escalade from Sarant. I previously had a 2017 escalade and I am impressed to say that the 2022 blows the 2017 out the water. Amazing tech, impressive handling and superior comfort for myself and my family!. My sales rep was Dominic Vivo and my finance manager was Vic Castagna! Dominc was amazing from taking my phone call to checking the availability of the vehicle, to closing the deal and setting up the delivery! He is a true gentleman and is very patient in showing the vehicle options, connecting the on star and making sure everything you requested prior to delivery is exactly to perfection. His attention to detail is far above the industry standard and you truly will feel extra special with him and the team at Sarant when you pick up your new Cadillac! Vic Castagna was also just as great. He made sure to take his time explaining the paperwork and that I truly understood all the facts and figures presented in the contract. This amazing team at Sarant is why I continue to purchase and recommend Family and Friends to them for their next purchases. Thank you again Dom and Vic!!!!! Sincerely, Jason M
