Answer the phone when someone calls or call back when a message is left. Also, when a customer asks the status of a part ordered, don't reply by saying it is "probably" on its way, simply make the effort to locate the part. The part was delivered days before yet no one noticed.

The dealership is great - and I’m sure the service department is usually very professional, but unfortunately the mechanic neglected to reset the system and I need to go back. This is an inconvenience I’m annoyed about.

Salesman John Nassour made this whole experience so wonderful that we didn’t even go explore our other options. We explained what we were looking for, he found us the perfect SUV. He was so knowledgeable about this car and wasn’t in any way pressuring us into a deal. We would tell anyone looking to go to Sarant and ask for John! Something I never thought affordable was! Driving this beautiful vehicle for two days and we love it. Still have lots to learn but I know I can go back and John will help me.
