Raabe Ford got me in a car I truly love. Adam did not give up till he knew I found what I was comfortable in. He was so patient and never forced anything in a pushy way like some car dealers would do just for a sale. He really wanted me to have what I would love getting into every day! They have my business going forward. I will go the extra miles and have my vehicle serviced there as well!

I drove 4 hours to get the vehicle I wanted & would do so again. Overall great experience. We talked to Adam on the phone prior & he was truly awesome to work with through the whole process. I LOVE my new ride so far. I had to reach back out to Raabe Ford a couple times & they took care of me & have been helpful with any questions or concerns even after driving off the lot. In our line of work things come up at the last minute and Kelsey does a great job in getting one of the mobile technicians out to us in a timely fashion so we can keep our delivery dates and customers happy. We purchased a 2024 Ford Edge ST-line last month through RAABE Ford in Delphos, OH, and are quite pleased with our decision. We’ve been looking for a while, and we were not exactly sure what we wanted. We have loved our Ford Explorer XLT for the last 8 years, but decided we didn’t need the extra seat row and space. The entire staff was very warm and inviting. Seth Roe was our salesman, and was patient, informative, and a helpful young man. We went in looking for a new vehicle, and decided on a previously “leased” 2024, low mileage, and offered a much nicer package options than we expected. The lifetime Ziebart option through Raabe’s is also a nice feature. Raabe’s arranges the 1st total car treatment coordinated with our schedule, and offered a car to use for convenience. They even offered a staff to bring it back to my home for exchange as an option. Overall experience was impressive. Especially now days when most businesses seem to be too busy, less personal, and have forgotten how important true kindness and respect are.
