They are funny and light hearted and just good people. Very professional and trust worthy. Darlene went above and beyond. The check engine light came on the day me and my wife showed up for the test drive, and because of that Darlene insisted that it be sent out and fixed if It could be and when its done would be brought back to the dealership for us or delivered to us which ever we preferred. She even gave us a loaner vehicle to drive until our Cadillac was done. They even delivered the loaner vehicle to our home. Outstanding service form all involved.
