Great customer service from professional and personable sales staff. They were happy to sit down and LISTEN to what we were looking for. They then brought vehicles for us to look at that matched our needs. They never any pressure, just courteous presentations of option sea clear explanations of the options. We asked two questions the person was unsure of so she went and got the answers for us. The Benner Family does an excellent job of management. If you are interested in a Ford vehicle this is the first and last place you will need to look. Outstanding people and clean, professional sales and work environment. the biggest plus is their Service department, it is the best Ford service department I have ever used. My first Ford was 1963 Ford F-100. So I have seen many service departments, this one is the top one.

I'd like to thank Riley and his whole team for listening to what I wanted and finding me my perfect Bronco Sport. Without having to haggle, they gave me an outstanding deal, got everything functioning (phone-syncing, clock, etc) for me. THEN I got a call from Riley saying there was another rebate available on the car, and a check would be issued to me!!! I HIGHLY recommend going to Selinsgrove Ford, especially because they cut out all the unnecessary haggling and just give you a fair price. Thankyou very much!!!

Customer service and transparency in doing business is excellent with this particular dealership. I always do business by having multiple bids and Selinsgrove Ford came out on top in terms of value and doing business in a very transparent manner. Now when it comes to the backoffice/paperwork/finance portion, this part couldn't also be any easier. They were very patient, willing to work with you, and have no problem giving you the best option to your perceived value even if it means "less" for them. They truly cater to your satisfaction and I can see why, because from here on out, whenever I'm in the market for another Ford vehicle, Selinsgrove Ford will be my top choice not because of the recent purchase history, but because I'm sure that they will beat any of the competition and provide top and transparent customer service while they're at it.
