Zimmerman's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

We were looking for a car for our son. Mike spoke with him on the phone and made the appointment. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Mike was nothing but professional, kind and very helpful. You certainly gained a repeat customer.

I bought my vehicle at Zimmerman's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram yesterday and the whole experience was, in a word, wonderful. I had been looking for a vehicle for several months and every dealership I walked into felt over-the-top pushy and I was instantly on guard. When I walked into this dealership, I was welcomed by Mike with a huge smile and a laugh that filled up the showroom. I explained to him what I was looking for and, within minutes, he found me the car that I fell in love with and eventually bought. When I asked for a comparison, he chose something else that I also loved. When I told him I needed to think about it, he didn't try to convince me to purchase that night, he said, "Ok. Go home and think about it. Call me if you have any questions." That was it. No slimy sales tactics. Just up-front honesty about everything and understanding that I wasn't going to buy a car right then. I went home, everything they told me was accurate, the vehicle was a great price, and I felt at ease moving forward with this huge purchase. That's why I decided to purchase my car there. My overall experience at Zimmermans was excellent. I haven't bought a car in many years, so I was spectical about the whole processs but everyone there made it quick and easy as possible. I dealt with Mr. Mike Court and I think he is an exceptional salesman. He was very knowledgeable about cars and he was very personable, friendly to me throughout my whole experience there. Mike was extremely friendly and helpful. Not only did he show me the vehicle that I was interested in but, he took the time (on a very busy day) to show me other vehicles. He was not pushy in any way. He was very understanding of my budget and what I wanted to pay. I always fear going to car lots to look at vehicles because many salesmen are pushy and try to talk you into something you may not want. Mike was not like this at all. He told me several times that he wanted to make sure that I selected a vehicle that I would be 100% satisfied with. That meant a lot to me. Although his job is to sell vehicles, I felt like I was more important than a sale. And what other salesman opens car doors for you and has you leaving the dealership feeling like you won the lottery. Lisa was equally as friendly. She made completing the dreaded financial paperwork very easy. I will definitely recommend Zimmerman's and Mike to my friends.

Dealing with Mark on this vehicle purchase was simply amazing. He was able to get me a great deal and also was able to get me a super low APR on the loan. He was very personable and I felt 100% comfortable dealing with him. He was able to have all of the paperwork ready when I visited, so the entire process took less than hour at the dealership. I would definitely refer anyone to stop by a see Mark for any future vehicle purchases.

Mike and the other folks at Zimmerman were wonderful. We got right down to business. Mike helped explain everything to me as this was my first car purchase. I would go back there for more car purchases and will be referring friends there as well! Lisa was also extremely helpful in explaining the entire financial situation to me!

I went looking for a vehicle not thinking I was going to buy one, but after Mike showed me a vehicle he thought I would like, I bought it. He explained everything about the vehicle and in the end I felt comfortable in buying it.
