This was the best experience! I am a 1st time buyer and I was very nervous. I didn't want to get hounded or pressured into something I didn't want or need. I had the great honor to work with Casey. He was AMAZING he was so patient with me and gave me great advice on all the cars I looked at. He made me feel so comfortable and at ease. It was like an old friend was helping me out. I seriously can't express how much I appreciate you Casey for today!!!

Terrible customer service experience! 🤮 They completely low balled trade in value, way under KBB. Left no room for negotiation, didn’t provide e-price which requested from online. Complete waste of time! I do not recommend going to Riverton unless you want to get ripped off. 👎🏻👎🏻

Started out dealing with Eric who I felt kinda brushed me off for a bigger deal. I ended up with George who was a Bada$$!! Very easy to deal with and hooked me up even though I had an unusual situation. Financing went way smoother than expected as well. Once again thanks again George I’ll be more than happy to deal with you again.

Take it in to get it fixed. They xxxx it up some more once they're done.. and not wanna be responsible and fix it. Worst service!!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable we dealt with George and he was awesome, knowledgeable and was not pushy. He sought are needs and gave us comparable options and recommended a very nice car which we now own and are extremely happy with.

I have now bought three cars from the dealership since 2008. I have been happy with the service and vehicles. I have never had a problem or a delay with service or sales. I am very happy. I will probably purchase my next vehicle from Riverton.
