Paul Millber Audi is great!

Peter Elia was great! Very friendly and easy-going and lively character. Most important of all, he wasn't pushing us to buy more, he actually told us what we didn't need to purchase.

Outstanding customer service

My service adviser Lou Berardino is a true professional. He is upfront, honest and gives you the true picture. He is very costumer friendly and strives to meet their needs.

No Loaner, too long to reset the nav

When I arrived for my appointment, as the service representative was trying to do my paperwork, the girl at the next desk kept telling him they had received their Audi money. I had to tell the girl that Lou, the representative, was busy. The Navigation system issue was resolved but took a long time. Because there were no loaners available when I made the appointment, was told a loaner wouldnt be available for a couple of , I told them I would wait. But after a couple of hours, I took an Uber back home and then another to pick up the car. Lou is always very helpful and courteous.

First-rate service.

As usual, Lou Berardino is AMAZING! So kind, caring, efficient, smart... treats me like I’m the only client at the facility. Also, the car check-in person and cashier/check-out person are wonderful.

Everything was efficient and courteous

My recent service went very smoothly! From the moment I arrived the people working there were efficient and courteous. David was attentive and just like he said my car was ready to be picked up at my prefer time of the day! Thank you!

Just an oil change

I can in for just and oil change, but David Scheider came out with a list of items that needed to be worked on. When he said 3 to 4 hours I told him thank you, but I’ll have to get a loaner and schedule the work for some other time. Well he came right back and told me that a loaner was available, so I took it. After I let the lot I noticed that the tank on the loaner was not much more than 1/4 full. When I returned Harnando Estrade immediately took care of the issue and said basically don’t worry about the gas. Both David and Harnando as well as the guys waiting in the bays make the whole Paul Miller experience like no other dealer, far and away better than any dealership I’ve ever had to deal with.

Fantastic service experience!

Can’t say enough good things about our Paul Miller experience. Salesman Peter Wendell and his assistant Thomas are extremely professional. Car was just in for routine maintenance and to fix a squeak in a rear seat. The service rep Ralph and tech Brian delivered our Q7 back clean and perfectly repaired - squeak gone. Great waiting area and friendly, helpful staff. Thank you!

Decent experience, but definitely felt rushed

I was looking at a used car so after emailing them, I spoke with the sales person who told me a lot of people are interested so they needed to know right then if I wanted it or not. I had to bring my car in to see the trade in price immediately. After seeing my car, they offered a lot less then I wanted, so I said I'd get back to them that night. The manager said take your time. They emailed soon after and said it had been sold.
